"The property manager was so kind and really accommodated our requests to remove all fragrances and fragranced linens to support our son’s asthma triggers. "We had a fabulous time. Great communication and welcome from owners. The apartment was beautiful, the decor, the outlook from sitting room window, with all the trees and birds. "We only had one night at Rose Cottage however we wished we could have stayed longer. Beautifully furnished and more spacious than we imagined. Great to have 2 bathrooms too - real bonus. Kitchen and lounge areas were perfect. Beds were also really comfortable and we were amazed how quiet it was considering it was attached to other properties. All in all a real gem of a cottage in a really pretty village."

"I absolutely loved staying at this cottage. It was so homely, beautifully decorated, very clean, extremely comfortable bed and had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect everything on our doorstop. Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely book again. The only issue I had was contacting the host prior to the booking. But we managed to speak to Skye cottages eventually and was able to ask the questions we had."

"We have stayed at Astor house before so we came back to the same apartment. They had upgraded the sofas to recliners which was a nice surprise. The apartment itself is easy to get to clean and Torquay town centre is a short walk away. It has a great view over the beach side of Torquay and the area is quiet. The place is clean and well maintained and the host kindly provided some biscuits and milk. I would highly recommend this place."
