"Love the deluxe cabins with hot tub/bathtub. Because we booked with outside party checking in after hours was a little scary. They didnt receive our booking until after hrs and had no idea we were booked and it would be late. Booking with most resorts you dont have to much to worry about what time you get in and when traveling on the road you never have an exact time. I did call in and leave a message before store hrs were over but attendant didnt hear it. Fortunately the attendant was checking...

"I had seen previous reviews and this property had a 10 so I had to see for myself. It does live up to the rating plus more. So clean and had everything you could image. Very quite and private. We took our family pet and she had so much fun also. It is close to activities in the area, including nice hiking trails. Communication and from owner were outstanding. We will be back to take advantage of the other fun things to do."

"Nice secluded cabin in the woods but close the New River Gorge National Park. Cabin is well kept and has pretty much everything you would need. Cabin is pet friendly and has a bit on a grassy area for them. Owners are great host and respond to messages quickly."

"The property is an affordable option if you want to visit New River Gorge and not pay hundreds per night at the resort or tent camp in order to do so. For the price you get a clean, air conditioned place to stay with a basic kitchen and great shower, which is perfect for after a day of hiking or other activities. You can't walk to get anywhere and it's a 15-20 minute drive into town, so just plan accordingly. The host is very responsive and helpful. "

"We had a great time! Everything was clean and there were so many little extras included. The place was comfortable with lots of pillows and cozy blankets. Listening to the waves while in the living room with the sliding door opened was incredibly relaxing. After check in, the owner sent a message to see if everything was okay. They seemed very attentive to their guests. I would definitely recommend staying here. "

"The house was very cute and had everything we needed for our stay. It was difficult to find the driveway, but the host Wendy gave us excellent directions. Walkable to all the restaurants and a short drive to the visitor's center for New River Gorge National Park. There is another visitor center about 45 minutes away, but it was not a bad drive. Would definitely stay again."

"We chose this cabin for our stay in WV on a fishing trip. The cabin was clean, comfy and a nice, quiet, secluded lot not far from Route 19. The process of booking the stay and getting in and out were great.The only issues were the Hot water for showering was not particularly hot and the dishwasher. "This was a great location for a trip to a beautiful National Park. It’s just 5 minutes from the main visitor’s center and New River Bridge and 10 minutes from downtown Fayetteville. The cottage is kept immaculately clean and located on a quiet gravel street. The kitchen has plenty of room to cook and is equipped with everything I needed to make dinner for 5. The owner stocked the fire pit with sticks and firewood. I forgot to pack a lighter and couldn’t find one on site. I contacted the owner....
