Large charming mountain retreat for 12, close to ski resorts and lake with beach

WELCOME TO THE "GÎTE DES SILVES"!

The "Gîte des Silves" is a large, charming stone house located on the edge of a small hamlet at an altitude of 1400 meters, on the GR 6 long-distance hiking trail crossing the Alpes de Haute Provence. It is 10 minutes from the ski resorts (two nearby resorts: Montclar les Deux Vallées and Chabanon, offering a total of nearly 100 km of slopes) and 15 minutes from Lake Serre-Ponçon (water sports and swimming). The house boasts panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and a large private garden with two furnished terraces.

The house can accommodate up to 12 people and includes:

- 1 bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed;
- 1 bedroom with a 140x200cm double bed;
- 2 bedrooms with two 90x200cm single beds each;
- a mezzanine dormitory with 4 single beds;
- A bathroom (bath/shower) with two sinks;
- A second bathroom with a large shower and two sinks;
- Two separate toilets;
- A large, fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc.;
- A dining area with a very large table seating 12;
- A large living room with a fireplace and television;
- A traditional-style veranda with a relaxation area and cloakroom;
- Two terraces with panoramic views and a barbecue area;
- A large garden with panoramic mountain views.

The small medieval town of Seyne-les-Alpes, offering all amenities, is located 3 km away. The house is suitable for two families or a group of friends, as well as smaller groups. Rental prices vary depending on the season and the number of guests.

Rentals are available year-round.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RATES FOR SHORT STAYS OF 3 TO 6 NIGHTS OBTAINED THROUGH A SEARCH ON THIS SITE ARE HIGHER THAN OUR OFFICIAL RATES, DETAILED BELOW. This is due to the inability to set short-stay rates on this site. Please contact us for the correct rates; we will adjust your request on this site accordingly.

Rates are all-inclusive.

WEEKLY RATES:

- From March 7 to June 27, 2026: €1500/week (arrival possible any day)
- From June 27 to August 29, 2026: €1700/week (arrival on Saturdays only)
- From August 29 to December 19, 2026: €1500/week (arrival possible any day)
- From December 19, 2026 to January 2, 2027: €2000/week (arrival on Saturdays only)
- From January 2 to February 6, 2027: €1600/week (arrival possible any day)
- From February 6 to March 6, 2027: €2000/week €/week (arrival on Saturdays only)
- From March 6 to June 26, 2027: €1600/week (arrival possible any day)
- From June 26 to August 28, 2027: €1800/week (arrival on Saturdays only)
- From August 28 to December 18, 2027: €1600/week (arrival possible any day)

SHORT STAY RATES (minimum 2 nights, only in low and mid-season):

- from March 7 to June 27, 2026, from August 29 to December 19, 2026, from January 2 to February 6, 2027, from March 6 to June 26, 2027, and from August 28 to December 18, 2027:
2 nights: €750, 3 nights: €960, 4 nights: €1170, 5 nights: €1380, 6 nights: €1590.
