"Cold shower (there is just a shower heater). Not even shampoo or beach towels. The kitchen smells horrible (we closed the room door) and the terrace is completely separated (no direct access from the room but from the kitchen). The staff asked to double for the "Environmental fee”. I tried to call the staff on whatsapp and did not pick up so we were just waiting on the reception because we were leaving this same day... Property is not feasible unless you have a car. "

"Tout était parfait, la chambre impeccable et avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, des serviettes de plage sont même mises à disposition, l'emplacement est idéal à 5 mn à pieds de la plage d'anse la mouche, de 2 petits supermarchés et de plusieurs take away et restaurants. Sans compter le restaurant de l'hôtel qui offre une excellente cuisine. Bertrand et son équipe ont été très accueillants et à disposition pour tout. "We were pleasantly surprised. We were a party of 4 in a 2-bed apartment and very comfortable. I highly recommend to anyone thinking of renting, you will be very pleased with the choice. We also felt very welcomed, accommodations spotless, thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Location was idea and only a 8 min walk to beach! "We absolutely loved our stay at Laïla Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile, making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. Everything was spotless, very clean, and decorated with great attention to detail and excellent taste. You can really tell how much care goes into maintaining the facilities and ensuring guests have a wonderful stay. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, with high-quality products. The cocktails at the pool bar were delicious. The rooms are beautiful, very spacious, comfortable, and quiet, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. It’s one of those hotels where you feel at home from the very first moment and hate having to check out. It definitely exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team at Laïla Hotel for making our stay so special. Highly recommended."
