A-View Come stay with us in fall, winter and spring.

  • Esta es una preciosa casa construida en 2021. Está muy bien situada en pleno centro de Seward, Alaska. Está a un paso del puerto, del centro de Seward y del Alaska Sealife Center. Puedes dar un paseo hacia el norte o hacia el sur y encontrarás cafeterías, restaurantes y tiendas.
    Es una casa de dos plantas. La planta baja cuenta con dos dormitorios, un baño completo y la lavandería. La planta superior cuenta con salón, comedor, cocina y el dormitorio principal con baño.
    Tienes toda la casa para ti. En invierno, hay mucho espacio en el garaje con calefacción para secar tu equipo de invierno. Hay sitio de sobra para tus esquís de fondo y tus patines, y espacio en la entrada para aparcar un remolque para motos de nieve, por si eres de los que se vuelven locos por los lagos. Hay dos lagos a solo unas manzanas de distancia en los que se puede patinar en invierno.

A very clean and beautiful property, centrally located in downtown Seward. Beautiful views! Wonderful hosts and an awesome community. Love visiting every time I come. I will definitely book this property again.

Parking was easy, location was 10/10! The views were amazing and the property was very clean, organized and perfect size. Family friendly and very cozy while still modern! Communication was helpful and timely and the hosts were very kind. Overall 10/10!

Great views!

The location had an amazing view in the heart of sewerd. The house was beautiful and perfect for our stay. My family and i enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this brbo to all looking for a great getaway

Really enjoyed the stay, will be back for sure!Two bedrooms downstairs with bathroom, master suite upstairs with kitchen / dining area and comfortable living room. Nice kitchen. Lots of space overall. The photos in the listing look amazing and the reality does not disappoint:) Great location in the heart of Seward.

Beautiful home and setting. We visited the nearby SeaLife Center which was excellent. We also went on a 7.5 hour wildlife and glacier tour with Major Marine which was great.

Superb Stay for Sunflower Sea Star Scientists

We were visiting from multiple locations across the U.S. to work with the Alaska Sea Life Center on Conservation efforts for the Sunflower Sea Star. The house was clean, had beautiful views, and was a great place to stay. Thank you!

Comfortable and Beautiful Stay

The property is beautiful and nicely decorated. Lots of clean windows to enjoy the views. Many nice touches: snacks, bear spray and a flashlight for nearby hikes. Would stay here again. The hosts are accommodating and offered late check out if needed.

THE home in Seward!

Loved this cozy home! Checking in and checking out was easy! Loved the heaters in the room. Loved that the kitchen had everything in there! Also loved the convinience of entering through the side door! This place is in the perfect location of town! Looking forward to visiting Alaska for this place!

We visited Seward to enjoy the nature and to see this part of Alaska. The accommodation was superb - clean, super comfortable and so convenient. Sorry we were not staying longer. Enjoyed the local restaurants. Did the last wildlife boat trip of the season and were lucky enough to see glimpses of orcas and a whale spouting. Did a quick hike to see Exit Glacier. Highly recommend all of it ! Thanks for having us.

Amazing Views

This house was perfect for our getaway (6 adults). Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a great area for lounging/playing games, a full kitchen to cook meals, and VIEWS from every window. Easy walk to restaurants downtown, Sea Life Center, and the waterfront. Highly recommend if you visit Seward.

A-View Stay inSeward

This was a very nice place to stay in Seward. It was clean and it had all we needed for the partial weekend here. The kids had extra snacks and the coffee pods and tea were what the grown-ups needed! We were attending events otherwise we could have enjoyed the beautiful views a little longer. Thank you!

Beautiful Seward Home!

Our family had the most wonderful stay in this gorgeous home. First, our hosts, Charles and Marjorie, could not have been more accommodating as our plans shifted a bit. They were so responsive and kind! The home is outstanding - spread over two floors, our family had plenty of room. The mountain views are just fantastic. The home was neat, incredibly clean, and had everything we needed. A perfect rental!

Great place to stay!

This property is a great spot to stay in Seward. The craftsmanship of the is awesome and the little Alaskan touches within the property make it special. The hosts are amazing. They have equipped the house with anything and everything you could need. The hosts even went above and beyond leaving fresh muffins for us and even called to check in on us during a power outage during our stay. With the location, property and wonderful hosts this is a must stay!

Cozy Stay with a Amazing View

Marjorie and Chales' property is a comfortable place to enjoy Seward and its surroundings. I visited Seward in Oct and it presented a nice and warm place for us to stay with a view of the bay and the snow-capped mountains. The house was well decorated and had all the essentials and more. The hosts for the property were very friendly and were always available on chat. We would love to select this place when we visit next time. Thanks, Marjorie and Charles for the comfortable stay.
