The flat worked out brilliantly for us - a five day break to visit our children who were already staying in Seville. A 30 minute bus journey from the airport (a taxi will cost you an extra 20 Eu - we got one on the return because my tolerance for being crammed into a bus with standing room only was limited).
A very friendly and informative welcome - the flat had everything we needed and the terrace was a great bonus, plus the temperature was perfect for it - (wouldn't be usable in the height of summer). Air-con worked fine, but didn't need it much. Nice bathroom with an efficient shower - that did get used a lot!. The kitchen is small, but fine for making drinks and nibbles - eating in just doesn't happen here, and the local restaurants are plentiful and good value. The general living space was comfortable and felt spacious. There's a small supermarket within easy walking distance - we used that most days to top up on drinks and essentials
If you like history and architecture, Seville is second to none - the Palaces, Cathedral, Bull Ring are all in easy reach, and you can spend your time wandering down cobbled streets between eating and drinking places and attractions.
We took a day out to cycle the Via Verde de la Sierra, which was a very enjoyable (if slightly tiring..) way to see the views of the countryside and - if you're interested in wildlife - vulture nests high up in the rock faces.
It's worth taking in a Flamenco performance at one of the local venues - a unique experience
We plan to come back - hopefully to the flat again - as there's so much to do here.
One particularly interesting experience was a "saint moving" parade and band that marched right below us - it seemed like half the city was there - both marching and enjoying the bars along the route - fascinating!
Thanks - and hope to be back!
