This was a lovely apartment in an ideal situation close to all the main sites. We very much appreciated being met and welcomed in person. We were also glad to have help booking transport from and to the airport.Half way through our one week the visit owners had the apartment cleaned and replenished supplies.We particularly enjoyed using the rooftop terrace which had views of the cathedral.

Wonderful place!

Everything was perfect. Location was key. Apartment was beautiful and clean! Appreciated the care package with soaps, coffee, and other stuff for our stay. Check in/ check out was easy. We have nothing bad to say about this place. Thank you for a wonderful first experience to Spain :)

Lovely apartment in the city

Just what we were looking for! Spacious and clean apartment in the heart of vibrant Seville. Host communicated very quickly and efficiently. We noticed a bit of the shower was leaking so we told the host and they sent over someone whilst we were out for the day and by the time we came back it was fixed. ! Would reccomend staying here

A perfect location was completely undone by poor maintenance and management. We arrived for a two week family vacation in an apartment that markets its roof top sun terrace. The deck was a mess and required us to clean. The shade umbrella was broken and could not be raised, limiting use of the deck to late afternoon. To top this off the apartment had no wine glasses. It’s not unreasonable to want to enjoy a glass of wine on the roof terrace. Both issues were reported on the first day, the wine glasses were provided after multiple requests, very late on the 3rd day. The shade umbrella was not addressed until the day before we left. We had asked to swap with the adjoining terrace as this was never used. This request was denied. Particularly annoying when we came home on our last night to find the umbrella from the adjoining terrace had been move to our deck. Only a week after we had requested the same. It appears the management company does not maintain an inventory of the apartment, many of the plates were mismatched and chipped. There are not towel rails for bath towels in the bathroom, you must like hanging towels on open wardrobe doors. We made the best of the managements lack of care or urgency, but this did impact our enjoyment. For a day or two you will probably be fine, but frankly the poor management should not be rewarded.

Perfect spot and not too touristy

Very communicative management made check in easy. The place is only a block or two from the cathedral but is removed from all the tourists. Would happily stay here again.

Oasis in Seville

Due to technical issues (power failure) the agency had to assign us a different apartment (on C/Ángeles). Turned out to be even better: Bigger, more central and with 2 roof terraces (instead of 1). Check-in was highly professional (pick-up right outside the pedestrian zone), quick and super friendly (with tons of personal tips)- even though it was Sunday night. Thanks - we'll be back, soon!

Sevilla is lovely!

We loved Sevilla and the location of this flat cannot be beat - easy walking distance to all the sites. We recommended a bit of TLC for the couch covers and a few broken items in the flat , but nothing that really affected our stay.

Perfect location!

This cute little apt is perfectly located in the center of Seville. Easy walk to all of the sights and tons of bars/tapas restaurants close by. A little smaller then it looked in the pictures but we weren’t really there very much so it didn’t matter. Couch covers needed to be cleaned and the upstairs terrace looked way better in the pics. The communication and friendliness of the staff was wonderful!

Central location

The location of this flat is walking distance to everything. We walked to the Santa Cruz district, Cathedral, Alcazar, and bullring; all in a short amount of time. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the flat, creating nice privacy for a family. There is some outside noise, but that is to be expected in such a central location.

A perfect location - comfortable flat - a most enjoyable autumn break!

The flat worked out brilliantly for us - a five day break to visit our children who were already staying in Seville. A 30 minute bus journey from the airport (a taxi will cost you an extra 20 Eu - we got one on the return because my tolerance for being crammed into a bus with standing room only was limited). A very friendly and informative welcome - the flat had everything we needed and the terrace was a great bonus, plus the temperature was perfect for it - (wouldn't be usable in the height of summer). Air-con worked fine, but didn't need it much. Nice bathroom with an efficient shower - that did get used a lot!. The kitchen is small, but fine for making drinks and nibbles - eating in just doesn't happen here, and the local restaurants are plentiful and good value. The general living space was comfortable and felt spacious. There's a small supermarket within easy walking distance - we used that most days to top up on drinks and essentials If you like history and architecture, Seville is second to none - the Palaces, Cathedral, Bull Ring are all in easy reach, and you can spend your time wandering down cobbled streets between eating and drinking places and attractions. We took a day out to cycle the Via Verde de la Sierra, which was a very enjoyable (if slightly tiring..) way to see the views of the countryside and - if you're interested in wildlife - vulture nests high up in the rock faces. It's worth taking in a Flamenco performance at one of the local venues - a unique experience We plan to come back - hopefully to the flat again - as there's so much to do here. One particularly interesting experience was a "saint moving" parade and band that marched right below us - it seemed like half the city was there - both marching and enjoying the bars along the route - fascinating! Thanks - and hope to be back!
