Very stylish apartment in great location

Excellent apartment - very comfortable and stylish. High ceilings make it bright, spacious and airy. Will stay here again if we're in Seville.

This flat was in a great location - easy to visit different shops and tourist attractions. Great nearby bars and thrift shopping too. I highly recommend this well presented, very clean and comfortable apartment. The host was very responsive when we arrived and gave us immediate access to the apartment remotely. No fuss - easy check in and check out. Special note that the master en-suite shower is incredible.

Idéal pour découvrir Séville

Appartement idéalement situé pour visiter la ville. Très calme, propre et bien équipé. Cependant, le descriptif de l'annonce n'est pas tout à fait correct par rapport à la réalité. Il y a seulement 2 chambres ( et pas 3 comme indiqué sur l'annonce)et un canapé lit dans la salle à manger. L'appartement a été préparé pour 4 personnes alors que nous étions 5. Si vous avez un véhicule, le parking le plus proche (plaza concordia) est hors de prix (tarif à la minute et pas de dégréssivité :(

Lovely Apartment

Eclectic design beautifully done. Immaculately clean. Everything you need - very comfortable stay. Amazing to an iron - an ironing board to accompany it would be helpful. Excellent location. Beautiful narrow streets that are quiet, but just a few minutes walk and you find nightlife. Our night-time check-in and internet connection could have been smoother if we’d had full information earlier but the property manager answered our calls and texts straight away and was very helpful. Everything was sorted to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again. Thank you.

Great location, very comfortable apartment

We stayed three nights in early October. Having two baths and two bedrooms made it comfortable. Perfect location to explore Seville. The unit is as pictured and the host and check in process was easy. Would stay here again.

Great location in a charming flat

Plaza de las setas Is the center of the city. The flat is 5 minutes walk from the square inside a complex with a patio, sunny and yet not too hot. The beds are regular: You have to be tired to sleep on the sofabed. We had some problems with the bureau. First, she arrived late to the open the flat despite a continuous communication where 3 minutes ended up to be half a hour. Second, se promised an extra set of sheets to the matrimonial bed, but never showed up and stopped responding my messages. Finally, and this is to the flat overall: there is only one set of keys, which is too little when you are 5 friends or a family in the city. We would happily pay 20 euro extra for 2 sets of keys. Nonetheless, we had a splendid time in the flat with no problems with the basics as toilets, kitchen or beds. And the flat has unusually much light and air to be a flat right in the Point zero of Sevilla.

L'appartement idéal

L'appartement est idéalement placé, dans une rue calme et tout près du centre. La communication est parfaite, on nous apporté les petites cuillères qui manquaient à l'appel. Appartement confortable et joliment décoré. Un tout petit reproche, les rideaux des chambres laissent passer trop de lumière. Difficile de faire la grasse matinée... 9.5/10

Centrally located and spotlessly clean

Great location and peaceful situated off a gated courtyard. Has two bathrooms and everything scrupulously clean. Only downside is curtains in bedrooms let in a lot of light.

Unique property in a great location

The property was very clean, quiet and comfortable. It had all the facilities we required with the bonus of a washing machine. The apartment overlooks a lovely private plaza with a fountain. The communication with the owner was excellent. There are a number of supermarkets close by plus a great selection of restaurants/bars. The cathedral and alcazar are within an easy walking distance. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment in a quaint neighborhood. We were within walking distance to many cafes, stores, theaters and historical sites. The apartment is a great size, cozy and decorated beautifully. The large windows overlooking the courtyard and fountain were an extra treat. We especially loved the master bedroom and shower! Ideal apartment in the heart of Seville!

Nicely decorated, centrally located, good for 4 guests with no vehicle

The apartment was advertised as 3 bedrooms, but it’s really 2 bedrooms with a pullout sofa in the living room. If you have a vehicle, parking is a 10 minute walk away. Our biggest issue was that we were given 1 set of keys, and the keys were required to operate the air conditioning and power in the apartment, so if anyone wanted to leave the apartment all 6 of us had to leave or someone had to remain behind to let the others in. Very inconvenient, plus we couldn’t leave the washer going or leave our electronics to charge while we were out. Also be aware that there is another apartment with the exact same street name and number about 20km away so your GPS might direct you to the wrong location.

Just perfect

We had 6 nights at this lovely apartment. It has everything you need, only missing a dishwasher, but with all the great bars and restaurants close by, that want a problem. Excellent location and really quiet. A good sleep always makes the touring easier.

Fantastic apartment, perfect location

Our family spent three days in Sevilla during Semana Santa. The apartment is on a quiet street but very well located. The property manager was very responsive and extremely helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

A good place to stay in Sevilla

This is a fun and quirky place to stay. All of the basic amenities were available and the location was good. It’s a bit of a walk but fine for people who are fit. The beds were comfortable. We would have enjoyed some hand towels in the kitchen and some basic items like coffee, tea, and sugar available. Also the pillows and towels weren’t great.

Andalucía Experience

Enjoyed our stay in this charming apartment with special features of being in Andalucía! Our experience began with the entry to the apartment from a narrow cobbled stone road, through a wooden door, a gated tiled courtyard with a water fountain and greenery. The apartment has been modernized but retains many of its old time features enhanced by its eclectic decor. It has only two bedrooms with the sofa bed in the dining room/living room, but we were all very comfortable. We especially enjoyed being in this neighborhood active with many local family activities and tapa bars. I hope to return and stay here again.

Great apartment and location

Lovely property with quirky decoration and everything you need for a break in Seville. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The kitchen had everything we needed and the wifi was good. We mastered how to manage the aircon within a couple of days and it worked well. The location was amazing - everything within walking distance. We'd happily stay again.

Great location and spacious apartment while in Seville

The apartment matched the pictures online. Host communicated very well. She had Manuel meet us at apartment and gave us wonderful tips on what to do while in Seville as well as how to manage the apartment. Would stay again in this beautiful spacious apartment.
