Our host was very attentive and made sure that we had all of the information for check-in and also information on all local attractions. The unit was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen and living space were spacious and the architecture very smart. Would love to come back and spend an entire week in the area with this unit as our base.

Seville charm

Fantastic flat in a perfect location to walk to all the beautiful areas of Seville. I highly recommend this property. It is spacious well appointed and a great place to relax when we were not out visiting the city.

Wonderful apartment!

This apartment is wonderful!! So much room ! the kitchen was huge! The check-in process was easy and they met us there. I would highly recommend this place.

Great apartment and fantastic location.

The apartment very spacious and well appointed overlooking the a pleasant plaza. The location couldn’t be better. The property manager was also excellent.

Top Notch Sevilla Accommodations

Everything about this place was excellent. Furniture/bedding was new, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning and washing machine worked well and were easy to use. Kitchen had all necessities. Location was very good with plenty of nearby services and otherwise close to all major attractions.

Modern and superb location

Stayed 2 nights in a modern, clean, quiet and spacious apartment in the Santa Cruz barrio. Comfortable stay, the apartment has all the essential needs. Communication with the property mamagement is fast and professional. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location!

Beautiful, clean, modern apartment on a lovely quiet courtyard, right beside the gardens and super easy access to the old city. It was everything we hoped for. Easy to book. Easy communication (and some truly fantastic recommendations). We would highly recommend!

I really wanted to enjoy this property, but my experience was far from relaxing. Our family of 4 was stuck in the elevator in the apartment building for 30 minutes before we forced the doors opened. It was stressful and definitely not something you expect when you’re on vacation. While the host eventually responded that emergency services was on the way to the apartment, the situation was very stressful.On top of that, the area right outside the building had street performers singing and playing instruments until around midnight both on Friday and Saturday night. If you’re a light sleeper or looking for a quiet stay, this is definitely something to be aware of. Even with the windows closed, the noise carried right into the unit, making it hard to unwind and go to sleep.The property itself had potential, but between the elevator incident and the late-night noise, my stay was much more exhausting than enjoyable. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

We'll be back.

We loved staying in this apartment and we plan to stay there again. The location was perfect, close to some of our favorite restaurants and on an important plaza in the Barrio de Santa Cruz while still being convenient to city buses (good for traveling to a Betis fútbol game). Karin and Antonio were a joy to work with, and quick to respond whenever we needed them. The apartment was modern, beautifully decorated, and spotless.

Location, location, location

The old adage is true, and this place has it in spades. The location is ideal for a trip to Seville. It’s in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, close to everything, but it is a safe and relaxing home base just removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very close to the Cathedral, the Alcazar, and easy access to other desirable sights in this vibrant city. Highly recommended. The folks we dealt with were all great, timely responses, and they made it easy and convenient. Parking is the only tricky part, but that’s to be expected in the city center. I would return to Seville and stay at this place again, no doubt.

Better than in Photos!

This apartment in Plaza de Refinadores was by far the nicest place we have stayed in Spain. The apartment is in a central location walking distance to many must-see destinations and amazing restaurants. There were plenty of soft, fluffy towels, clean sheets and everything you might need to have a comfortable extended stay. The host was easy to communicate with and left great instructions for all features as well as recommendations for restaurants and activities. Beautifully decorated and professionally appointed space. We loved the common living areas, kitchen and bedrooms. Beds were clean, comfortable and above expectations. Seville is a very special city and we will definitely be making this a return destination for years to come. I would stay here or in any other Home at Homes rental in a heart beat.

Excellent location, we would stay again!

Beautiful modern apartment in the heart of Sevilla. Pictures accurately reflect the space. Situated 10 mins away from Real Alcazar and next to the Jardin de Murillo. Easy walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Apartment itself is set up for a family with two kids as second bedroom has two twin beds. Property has all the amenities of home including washer and dishwasher. Must have whatsapp to facilitate communication with property managers. Small thing to note is the hot water can run out between showers so would suggest staggering this.

Fabulous in all respects

This is one of the best rental experiences we’ve had in our many years traveling. The location simply can’t be beat; within a short walk of all the major sights and dozens of great restaurants. The bed in the master was super comfy. And the furnishings were comfortable and fit the space perfectly. We could happily have stayed forever! And the check-in process was perfect. The agent met us at the property, showed us around the apartment, and gave us helpful recommendations on where to find the market and the best tapas. The only minor nit are the two small single beds in the second bedroom. This place would not work for two couples and was not ideal for our adult son traveling with us. If the owner added an option to convert the single beds into a double, it would be perfect. Nonetheless, my wife and I will definitely be back soon.

Bathroom leaked for the entire 2 days of our stay due to the in-ceiling air conditioning unit. This left the bathroom in a pool of water, and rendered it entirely unuseable. . Management came in to fix and left all their tools in bedroom. They ended up not fixing the problem while we were there. You can tell from the ceiling that this was not the first time that this has happened. They clearly should not have rented this out until the issue was fixed. Lisa, the on-premise manager was very responsive, however, when it went up the chain to senior management and owners, the response to this situation has been terrible. After weeks of back and forth, management/owners agreed to give us only 10% refund. However, it has been almost one month and I still have not received anything. There are lots of nice places nearby, I would not come back to this place.
