La casa de Alejandra es un lugar en el que te olvidas que eres un huesped porque parece que estás en tu propia casa. Alejandra’s property is pristine and you could not find a better host!!!As Sevilla is a totally walkable city in terms of access to major tourist sites, this property is within easy walking distance of all attractions. The property is in a relatively quiet residential neighborhood that is quiet at night.Frankly I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!Thank you Alejandra!!

Lovely property, very tastefully decorated and comfortable. It felt like being at home. We were in constant contact with our lovely host, Alejandra, before and during our stay. She met us on arrival and was able to provide us with information on local restaurants and pointers on places to go and how to get there. The rooftop terrace was a great place to enjoy a glass of wine after a long day sightseeing.

This is a lovely apartment! It was very clean,had all the conveniences we needed and was well located to the central city. Alejandra was a gracious host, she met us at the apartment and oriented us to its features. She even gave us a flat of strawberries to enjoy during our visit! She checked in with us during our stay and helped us get a taxi when we departed. We really enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend this apartment in Sevilla.

The host was very helpful and accommodating, she even spoke a different language to help us communicate. She was on time, the home was in a terrific location and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Many sites were close enough to walk to just about anywhere including bike rentals, river boat cruises, the Cathedral, and the infamous cigar factory (now a university). Restaurants are on every corner and the host pointed out the supermarket within a 2 minute walk. We would happily return to this amazing property that helps guests experience true Seville living. We had a wonderful stay in Alejandra's lovely home. It is really nicely appointed - comfortable furniture and beds, a well equipped kitchen, interesting modern art, and spotless. It is in a wonderful location, a bustling neighborhood that is close and walkable to all the major sites in Sevilla. It was a special treat to be across the street from such a beautiful old church, particularly for a Holy Week procession. We read enough reviews to know there are lots of stairs, but that was not a problem. Most importantly, Alejandra could not have been a more delightful host. She was incredibly helpful all during our stay, always responsive. We strongly suggest listening to her restaurant recommendations!

Out of the many VRBOs we’ve rented over the years this has been our favorite. It’s located in a great part of town, and has an amazing balcony over looking a beautiful 13th century church on a quiet street. It’s pristine as far as cleanliness, its beautifully decorated and modern. As for the host, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. If you are looking for an incredibly special, spacious apartment and wonderful host, I highly recommend this rental.

We loved staying at this wonderful home in the heart of Sevilla. It’s lovely, with beautiful windows and light shining in. The roof patio on the third floor looked out of the activity of the day. The location is very central but not touristy. Our host was very helpful with check-in and checkout and so pleasant! We had the best time. Thank you!

Alejandra was a wonderful host who always responded quickly and personally took us to a wonderful garage with a designated space less than a 3 minute walk from the house. The apartment was well-appointed and the view from the terrace was overlooking a square and fourteenth century gothic church. All the major sights in the old city were walkable. We would definitely stay again.

Alejandra’s 4 level home was immaculately clean. The art and furnishings were both tasteful and unique. She personally showed us around the house and gave suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants. The porch and view are the best part of this little paradise. I would recommend this place for any length of stay in Seville, an absolute gem!

The house was beautiful and well-equipped, decorated with wonderful taste. The kitchen and bathrooms were new and convenient, and the layout allows both privacy and togetherness. Everything was spotless. And the host responded immediately to every message and was welcoming and helpful.

Alejandra was an excellent host, answered all our questions in a timely manner. Kitchen had everything you needed. Across the street, there is a market where you cab buy basics. Neighborhood was lovely. It is walking distance to cathedral. Having parking and a beautiful terrance made it even better. There are a number of steps up to the second bedroom and terrace, we had no problem but some may.

Charming house close to all Seville attractions.We were impressed about the inside of the house, the art and attention to details. The house have a beautiful terrace with an amazing view.Everything was clean and we have all we need.It was 20 min walking to Seville attractions. We loved that we have a grocery store close to the house where you can buy all you need.I have to mention that the Alejandra the host made us feel right at home and took good care of us. She was waiting for us at home and was very informative, she is a very kind and wonderful person. The checkout was so easy, Alejandra kindly come to say goodbye to us.Thank you, Alejandra for making our vacation so special.

Great base to explore Seville and surrounding area

Property is in the historic downtown area, in the Macarena neighborhood.We traveled with a family of 4 including two teenagers aged 16 and 17. The check in was very easy, the owner, Sra. Alejandra, who lives next door contacted us ahead of arrival so she could show us everything once we arrived. House had plenty of space, everything in great shape, very complete kitchen setup, secure indoor parking about 3 mins to walk. A couple of points to be aware of:1. Since this house is within the old town, most streets are one way and very narrow, so do not get the XXL rental car update, you'll regret it.2. The house is set up verically over three levels, wasnt any issue for us but for someone with mobility issues or smaller kids the stairs may be a bit much (or an accident waiting to happen)All the tourist attractions in the center are about a 15-25 minute walk away.
