Enjoy the charm of Seville from the apartment's two balconies, which allow natural light to flood in and provide a view of the Sevillian streets. Although the balconies are not furnished, they are the perfect spot to relax and feel the city's breeze.

Conveniently located, you'll be just steps away from major tourist attractions. The Cathedral and Giralda are a 10-minute walk away, as is the Alameda de Hércules, where you'll find restaurants and shops. This apartment is the ideal base for your stay in Seville!

⛔ Prohibited:According to historic center regulations in Seville, hanging clothes on windows or balconies is not allowedin emblematic buildings like ours.

📌 Garbage:Please do notleave garbage in the apartment when you leave. 🙏

📌 Take care of the apartment:Do not leave dirty kitchenware. Please return the apartment in the same conditionas you found it.

‼️ Deposit Required:We request a security depositto cover any potential damages or accidents. A pre-authorization will be processed through a secure networkat least 24 hours before arrival.

Loss or non-return of keys will result in a charge deducted from the deposit.

‼️ Only registered guests are allowed to stay.

Parties, disturbing other guests or neighbors, and loud music are strictly prohibited. We monitor noise levels.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in an extra charge of 50% of the total stay as a penaltyor immediate expulsionfrom the accommodation.
