Excellent apartment, location, exquisite treatment

First off, the location is PERFECT. You can walk everywhere. There is nothing we would have rather wanted with a location. It's superb.Victoria , the host, is totally available and responds very quickly. She was reliable throughout our stay and that was a great help. All the instructions are very clear and she is helpful. You are in good hands.. The building is very quiet, no street noise is heard, that's great for my children. The bedrooms are excellent, clean, the pillows very good.Excellent location and all amenities available. Absolutely loved Victoria's apartment. It was all spotlessly clean. It was great to have a bathroom for each of the bedrooms. Lovely comfy sofa. Quite spacious for of us. I was delighted to have the coffee machine that uses Dolcegusto compatible pods.

A gorgeously furnished apartment in the gorgeous heart of this city. Host was fantastic: accommodating and extremely informative. In walking distance of everything to be seen. Check out the nearby Mercado de Feria for dinner or explore the ancient side streets and find your own gems.

Très grand appartement, d'un excellent confort, tout à fait conforme à la description. Quartier tranquille(las Setas, Plaza Encarnacion), bien desservi par les Bus. Garage fermé à 5 mn à pied. Supérette à 100 m. Eva and Victoria sont des hôtes très sympathiques et chaleureux, soucieux de notre bien-être. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

The phone number listed in VRBO to contact our host was incorrect. To be fair, I had messaged with our host prior to arriving and he had messaged me to call him when I was there, listing his phone number but I assumed it would the same as the one in the VRBO app. The parking lot was a 7 minute walk and cost 32 Euros a day. The actual apartment was very comfortable and clean. It was in an excellent location for walking to shops, restaurants and plazas and in a great old building with a wonderful courtyard.

Very clean apartment, location great. 3 min walk to taxis and plaza Encarnacion for food market, flamenco show shops and nightlife. Supermarket carrefour express and Restaurante Zurbaran opposite (great tapas) both close by. Main tourist sites 25 mins walk away. Recommend San Marco restaurant Santa Cruz amazing food and service

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The apartment is in an ideal location - just a few minutes' walk from Las Setas and within easy access of all of the historical center of Sevilla. Communication was seamless. The apartment is comfortable, well-appointed, and beautifully decorated. My family of three (including a toddler) was very comfortable and happy here for five days as we explore Sevilla.

A quiet & relaxing apartment

The apartment is walking distance to many restaurants, supermarkets & attractions. There is an elevator which is great for those heavy suitcases. The kitchen is well equipped with a hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer & tea/coffee making facilities. The bed is comfortable too. We recommend this apartment.

Ideal for an independent stay in Seville

We loved our stay here - we prefer apartments to hotels, and this was in a perfect place - quieter than the Santa Cruz area but great for access to most of Seville’s sights - eg a 10 minute walk to the cathedral, 30 minutes to Plaza de Espana, 15 minutes to the bus station. Gerardo sent easy-to-follow instructions, and the apartment itself was very spacious for just the 2 of us. Would definitely recommend this.

Amazing property! Beautiful, atmospheric, creative, spacious! Everything was perfect! (Only issue i had was as an older person figuring out how to get in to hoise using umfamiliar technology. But the owner patiently walked me thru it). This house is the best VRBO i have ever found (in my price range of course)

Mixed experience

Communication by the property manager was unreliable and not timely. // The main electric circuit breaker kept popping out - at least ten times during our stay. It happened several times by using a hairdryer or an electric heater in one of the bathrooms (the one without a window) - even when we didn’t turn them on simultaneously. That bathroom is unheated, smelly and very cold. The breaker even popped when we used nothing in that bathroom, but had the toaster and one electric plate on simultaneously. This should have been fixed, and at least guests should be informed about this. We had to find out ourselves how to reset the breaker. // The window in one of the bedrooms jammed and couldn’t be opened - even the repairman who was sent couldn’t fix it. // One of two ceiling lights in the kitchen didn’t work (no bulb). // The holder of one toilet brush is very rusty. // In the courtyard, a palm tree was cut and all the leaves and trunk were left there for a week. // The mattress of one bed was creaking loudly. // The chairs and sofa in the living are worn out and need a thorough cleaning. // The apartment is spacious, the kitchen is adequately equipped and the location of the apartment is very good.

Great spot in a great location

The listing was exactly as advertised. It was easy to find and about a 15 minute walk from the bus station, so not bad for walking. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area and it was very close to all the main attractions. Would stay again.

Delightfully Quiet Apartment

Just a short distance to several active areas, this location remains quietly accessible. The meet and greet went seamlessly, the quick response time from management was exceptional, and the apartment is attractive and comfortable - with very nice and large bathrooms. The kitchen is functional (some lightbulbs will likely be replaced right away) and includes a washer with a really nice dryer rack in bath #2. Scan the code on the bottom of the wifi router for a very good internet signal. The TV is not a "smart TV", so use your laptop for Netflix, etc.
