Beautiful apartment just steps from the famous Alameda de Hércules, a unique spot where you can enjoy Seville’s diverse cuisine. Surrounded by the city’s main monuments, you have the opportunity to explore the entire center on foot.



The apartment features a living-dining room with Smart TV, kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds), wardrobes in both rooms, and a full bathroom.



If your group is fewer than 4 people and you want all beds made, an extra charge applies before arrival; otherwise, only the double bed and one single bed will be prepared.

Despite being in the city center, the apartment offers a quiet atmosphere and excellent location.



If you arrive by car, we recommend stopping briefly on Calle Becas (the first street on the left from Calle Lumbreras) to collect the keys and garage remote, as it’s not possible to stop comfortably on Calle Lumbreras itself.
