  • Apartamento con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. Muy céntrico, está situado en El Arenal - uno de los barrios más tradicionales de Sevilla-, cerca de la plaza de toros y a 10 minutos a pie de la Catedral.

    Amplias zonas con ventanas proporcionan la entrada de mucha luz natural. Con doble acristalamiento, solería de mármol, obras de arte originales y muebles elegantes de diseño contemporáneo. El aire acondicionado es centralizado, con sistema mixto de refrigeración y calefacción.

    El salón está amueblado con 2 sofás, TV, DVD y equipo Hi-Fi. Mesa de comedor y sillas. La cocina es independiente y está equipada con los utensilios y electrodomésticos principales: horno, lavadora y lavavajillas incluido.

    Un pasillo conduce a los dos dormitorios y 2 baños. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio (150x200cm), mesa escritorio y vestidor. Cuarto de baño privado con bañera. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales (90x200cm) y un armario.

    El segundo baño está en el pasillo. Con ducha, lavabo y WC.

    El apartamento ofrece unas vistas únicas de la ciudad de Sevilla. El salón está orientado al este, con preciosas panorámicas del amanecer. El dormitorio principal da al oeste, donde podrá disfrutar de la puesta de sol. Pura magia de luz.

First let me say, apartment was wonderful. Great location !The Host Manual and his associate, Dimitri’s were very good. There were issues with the apartment and they were Johnny on the spot to correct them.Felt very safe in a lovely neighborhood.

Wonderful apartment in great location

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful apartment. Don't miss the covered market on the ground floor that has cafes, a bakery, and multiple fresh food stalls.

Ideal location

Our three day stay in this historic center was perfect for our short visit. Close to shops, restaurants, ATMs, tours and great for walking. The mercado downstairs was perfect for grabbing a bite in the mornings. The 8-10 minute walk to the bus station was also great.

Great location. Nice place. There is no double sofa bed in the living room. The one there is single and not working. I would recommend.

The view wow!

We were a party of 4 adults this was very spacious but the best thing was the outstanding view and the brightness of the apartment. The street facing bedroom did hear street noise especially on weekends so bring earplugs. Being so close to to the river was great for an evening stroll also only 10-15 minutes walk to the cathedral.

Great location!

Our stay in Seville was wonderful. The host was very responsive and was able to let us into our apartment early (which we were super thankful for). The apartment was in a great location, close to everything and above a market. The place was clean and extremely comfortable. It was hot out so we spent a lot of time in the apartment and were very happy.

Great stay

Great location for easy access to city. Very loud street noise all hours of night and early morning… walls are very thin so you could hear the neighbors dog barking and persons cough was so loud and non-stop and people screaming all night. Did not rest well because of that. Other than that, Everything else was good.

All great, but a few things to note:-Apartment is actually more 'dated' than what it looks in the photos; it does need to be bumped up. One example is the very old central AC system, which is not nearly enough to cover the needs of Sevilla's heat. We survived and it was ok, but it was not really great inside the apartment. Towels are old; and just one towel per guest. A ride to IKEA would make a big difference!-The apartment is well located on Seville at large, but the block itself is not very nice: dirty and with some homeless guys. Not a problem at all actually, but better to know in advance.-The Real Estate company that manages the property was great; I would definitely work with them again.

Perfect Location, Great Views, Nice Space

We stayed here for the entire month of February 2023. We had a great stay. This is a large, well laid out, relatively modern place with high ceilings and great views over the the city in two directions - including of the Giralda Tower and Cathedral. It has an elevator and lots of high pressure hot water. It is in the heart of all the major attractions but on a relatively quiet street. A daily market in in the base of the building (many stalls are vacant but still good for bakery, produce, fish and meat). A good grocery store (MAS) is a couple of blocks away. It is an easy and beautiful walk to almost everything you will want to see and do in Sevilla - a stunningly beautiful city. There are some minor issues, but they must be assessed in the context of the reasonable rental rate for this place. If you were paying 300 Euros per day, you might complain of minor maintenance and cleanliness issues, and the ever present sewer odour as you enter the ground floor of the building (but not in the actual unit) but for the rental rate, it is good value and deserves a 5 star rating.

Roomy apartment, great location

We had plenty of room with 4 people and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Less than 15 minutes walk to the Cathedral, shopping, and lots of great restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.

GREAT LOCATION FOR EXPLORING

Great location in between the monumental zone and the river. Manuel met us at the apartment and was helpful and very pleasant. Light, airy apartment with comfy beds. Fantastic indoor food market below including a great fish restaurant. No English channels on the TV and no Netflix, though. Our only niggle was the noise 24 hrs a day. The big street bins get emptied at 1am, 3am and 5am, there is building work in the vicinity from 8am and the wall between next door and the twin bedroom is very thin so neighbours can hear each other very easily. Overall, though, we would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Good stay, close to almost everything, well-lit place

A very sunny, bright apartment, matches description. Very clean, good showers, and well-equipped kitchen. It's safe and the elevator works well. Only minor suggestions: it would have been nice if there were salt and pepper, also paper towels or/and napkins.

Seville as a base for exploring Andalusia

Perfect apartment in a perfectly maintained building located within a 10 min walk from the main historical attractions of Sevilla. Manuel (the host) makes checking/checkout a breeze with his clear and timely responses to all questions.
