"Very poor amenities. Old and drafty. Walls fixed with duct tape and painted over. Blinds are in I’ll repair. Oven dirty. Cobwebs and thick dust on ceiling fans. Extremely thin linens wash clothes and towels. No ironing board. Paint falling off and peeling in the upstairs closet. Dirty sponges from prior cleaning lying around. Upstairs window doesn’t lock. "We needed a cozy spot on the north side of Akron for our cousin’s wedding and the location was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfy. Having off street parking was handy due to a bit of snow. We appreciated that the owner had kept some of the original features and beautiful woodwork of the original home."
