Weekend trip with children and grandchildren. Told in advance no grills are permitted in the area and we could not bring one with us. When we arrived we realized all of the other cabins but one had a Grill and the one without brought their own. Grandchildren they were most excited to go to the indoor theater area and use the pool. There were 2 infants with us and while they were being put down to naps, the older children went down to the pool. There is an alarm that goes off when you open the door to the pool and the button to turn it off was not working so it was constantly going off We finally had to tell the other children they could not use the pool until later. Although they did get some time in the pool later, they had to stop early because of the bedtime the babies. Since they couldn’t use the pool, they decided to watch something in the theater area, but there was no remote control. We searched for some time and finally called the company for help in locating. Told someone would reach out shortly. Did not receive a call so I sent a text only to be told to be patient. Then received a message saying it was after hours and they would be responding the next morning. Still waiting for that call to arrive and our trip is overBottom line, expensive and very disappointing. Could not use the amenities we paid top dollar for. Would not recommend!
