The bed was pretty comfy but the pillows were not. That's how I just a place mostly. I was truly wishing I'd brought my own pillow. Everything was pretty clean. There was no propane in the outdoor heater & the one in the BBQ grill was empty. We paid to fill that one. When I went to use the air fryer it was filthy with grease all thru it. I had to clean it before we used it. The bedside lamp in the room with the TV didn't work & the TV remote was missing. We found the remote the last day way back under the cabinet under the TV in the family room. Seems like the house cleaners need to be check things more carefully. Everything else was awesome!

Disappointed in the cleanliness. The kitchen seemed like it hadn't been cleaned along with the one bedroom on the main level. Spilled coffee on the counter and food on the fridge door. The one bedroom appeared to not have been done. Cute place, but could have been much better with a little effort. The comforters need to be replaced as they are stained. Easy check in.

We had planned to use the hot tub but did not because the filter was not clean, and there seemed to be a film on top of the water. Otherwise, our stay lived up to our expectations. The location is secluded and quiet, which we loved. Getting into the driveway is tricky but doable. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed for our stay.

The property is very quaint and location is nice! Very pretty cabin, it is quite small but worked perfectly for us. They had the towels in the rooms folded like little bears so that was really cute The reason I am giving 4 stars are the hot tub per the online details say it will be on, with clean fresh water for each booking. When we arrived the hot tub wasn't on (which was the reason we booked this cabin), and it doesn't seem like it was cleaned as there was gunk in the filter. It could be a little better cleaned inside the cabin as well. I did book last minute so that may have been the reason but if your property is available it should be at a standard. The bathroom toilet and shower both were a little dirty as well as the shower curtain and rug. I'm not sure if the bed linens were clean because I saw hair on them and a white mark on the pillowcase so I flipped the comforter and slept on that I understand there's hard water but a little white vinegar would clean this. The parking is also a little tight so if you have a big vehicle you might have an issue or if you're bringing 2 cars. We have a big SUV and it was difficult to maneuver in and out. I added photos of the areas I described. I gave 4 stars since I'm not sure the owner is aware of this and just needs to hire a new cleaning company or if this is an ongoing issue since it is highly rated

Great little cottage in the mountains. Grounds were beautiful. Hot tub worked great. The cottage was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy. The Nintendo Wii was so much fun playing with my young adult kids like I did when they were little. Brought back so many memories. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because of the gas grill. My husband wanted to grill but didn’t want to deal with charcoal so we chose a place specifically with a gas grill. After buying a lot of meat to grill, we found the grill to be extremely dirty and unsanitary. The cleaning tools were in about the same shape. So it was unusable. We managed to cook the meat in the oven, but it wasn’t the same. The grill plates and tools should be replaced.

Absolutely beautiful! Amazing views, immaculately clean. Home was so welcoming & peaceful! Back porch was my favorite spot. Jacuzzi was HOT which was lovely after a long day out adventuring. Beds were comfy, kids happy & entertained. Had everything we needed.

Just what we needed

Went with my family on holiday. With a family of 6 it fit us quite cozily. We really enjoyed the hot tub once we learned how to work it. The view was great but the driveway was tricky with our van. Would recommend.!

Great little quiet getaway

We had a great time. The price was good and the location is a short drive between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The scenery from the cabin is nice and relaxing, and the inside is nicely furnished with everything you need. Would stay there again.

Beautiful Mountain Cabin

The cabin was lovely. Everything we needed was provided. The beds were comfortable, linens were great, clean and tasteful furnishings. The deck was great. We enjoyed the hot tub and the rocking chairs. Did not do any cooking but if we had, everything was provided including an outdoor gas grill. Would love to return in the fall.
