A beautiful cabin with a lovely Mountain View! However, there is not enough hand soap in each bathroom, and there are no supply of bath soap, / body wash , shampoo and conditioner at all in the cabin ! The cleaning crew did not do a thorough job ; there are dead bugs inside each room on the floor by the window, particular the upper bedroom ! It will be nice to supply an extra roll of toilet paper, we have 6 people and stayed 4 nights and we had to buy extra toilet paper for the last day ! The arcade machine does not work ! Some towels are worn out and need to be replaced !We did enjoy the half off of the Wahoo zipline ! Our family had a great time !

Lovely cabin!There was a discrepancy, but the Host graciously took care of it.Our group had a wonderful time!I definitely got in my steps by taking the stairs from the 1st floor to the 3rd and back. I actually enjoyed that! There were plenty of wonderful sites and activities nearby, and we even visited Buc-ees for the first time - what a treat.The Host was proactive, attentive, gracious, and understanding which was icing on a Marvelous trip!

3.5/5 stars. The cabin was large enough for 8 adults and one child. We were prepared and brought extra toilet paper, paper towel and garbage bags. We arrived at the cabin and all of the hand soap bottles in the bathrooms were empty. The cabin could use a good deep cleaning, on the surface, it was clean. We found items under the beds and some of the decor was covered in dust. The view was amazing from the back decks, but not much room for more than a few people at a time. Overall, we enjoyed the space, just wish it would have been cleaner.

The name says it all The View we stayed 7 days very clean bedrooms large and comfortable loved the upper and lower decks big fully furnished kitchen about a 10-12 min drive to Pigeon Forge will definitely be going back

The View

Front window upstairs leaked during rain. Called number listed. He stated he would come next day to check it and order more towels. Never showed up and no additional towels were brought. No blankets and it was cold! Cabin was well stocked other than blankets. Jacuzzi was not cleaned.

The cabin itself is in a great spot and the views are great!! Couple things about it is that the oven was so filthy when we tried to use it , it smoked up the whole house and we couldn’t even use the oven the whole weekend in which we bought so much food for it.

My stay was awesome. Beautiful view . I wish house keeping would mop the floors and wash the bed linen. My bed linen was not clean so I had to wash my bed linen. It’s not a problem . It’s a beautiful cabin and my family had fun.

2nd Annual Family Vacation

The views were spectacular! It was great having 4 en-suite king bedrooms and the roomy common areas were perfect for six adults, a one-year-old, and a three-year-old. We used the hot tub daily. The kitchen was large, but the cabinets were dirty and unorganized. The cookie sheets and knives were rusty. All of the floors could have been cleaner.

Fabulous view!

Great get away this weekend, family , friends , and best weather for hiking. Wonderful view. I wanted to text the owners about a couple small things like the remote to change channels in the 2 bedroom upstairs was missing. And the batteries were weak in most of the other ones. Other than that was a great weekend !

The View is fantastic!

Everything exceeded expectations, our stay was perfection. The mountain scenery was absolutely beautiful! Pictures do not do them justice. We had our coffee on the balcony while the birds chirped every morning. Easy access to must-see attractions. Our family had an incredible time, and our kids didn't want to go home. We'll definitely be back!

Problems

When we got there the upper level air conditioner was out. Internet was out, couldn't get anything worked on until the next day. We had tried to call the number for the 24 hour maintenance that was listed on the table by the door, but there was no answer. We had to call the owner. When we came back from our outing the next day the main floor air conditioner was blowing hot air. What was most upsetting was the attitude that it was not a big deal. We had a miserable 2 nights trying to sleep. We received no apology or any compensation. it was, it seems, just our bad luck.
