This is our 8th time staying at Teaberry Vista Lodge and we absolutely love staying there. From the gorgeous Mountain View’s to the upscale decor and the layout of this beautiful Cape Cod style home, it’s been a great experience! We also appreciate the extra touch and communication with our host, David. We will definitely be back again!

We had a great stay at Teabeary Vista. Mary Beth is straightaway one of the top hosts we have encountered - everything was just easy starting with initial communications, through the arrival process and through the departure. Property is beautiful - in great shape with plenty of space and fantastic views. We love this area as you’re close to the Park and the craziness that is Pigeon Forge, but while at the home you have a peaceful getaway where it’s hard to imagine your just 10-15 mins from the attractions.Many small touches helped as well - I won’t remember many but the home is well equipped for your first evening or two if you’re not able to get to the supermarket straightaway. Everyone in my family loved the home and enjoyed the stay, I cannot speak highly enough to Mary Beth and the property itself.Thanks for a great week for my family!

Family Vacation

Our stay at Teaberry Vista was excellent! The house was in a great location and provided our group of 12 plenty of room to spread out. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The adults enjoyed relaxing on the expansive back decks overlooking the beautiful mountains. We all enjoyed the daily bear visits to the property. The house is located close enough to all the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but far enough to be able to enjoy quiet, relaxing evenings back at the house.

This property is Heavenly! The sunrises and sunsets are amazing. We had a group of 15, ages seven through 69. The kids enjoyed the theater room, fishing pond and pool. I highly recommend River Rat Tubing, Apple Valley Mountain Village, and Metcalf Bottoms. Mary Beth is a friendly host, who I would love to have met! I have been coming to the Smokies for 59 years, and this is the cleanest and nicest place I have ever stayed in. We also enjoyed dinner at the Abbey, a charming little place on the river. I highly recommend this place, and will be coming back.

Fantastic House with Great Views

Our stay was fantastic! Great porches with amazing views. House was very clean and kept up. The house was great for our family and kids, something for everyone to do. It’s a great location and we were very pleased with everything. Communication with the host was great! She was quick to respond and very helpful, from checking in to any questions that we asked! Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful house with plenty of room for the nine of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The porch overlooking the mountains was perfect for morning coffee and evening happy hour. The kids loved the movie room and the recreation room. We even saw a mama bear and her two cubs one evening from the safety of the porch. We could not have been happier with our choice.

Amazing property!

This property had everything we could have needed or wanted for our family reunion! From the oversized deck with its fantastic views, the hot tub, the movie theater — there was something for everyone. We were all so comfortable with our spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Thank you to Mary Beth for all the little touches like extra toiletries and laundry pods and toys for the kids. We loved our stay so much, we hope to stay there again next year.

Family stay

Beautiful and clean

This cabin was a 10/10. It was very clean and had a gorgeous view! Our family enjoyed the movie room and the fact that all of the bathrooms had walk in showers. Definitely the best cabin we’ve visited and will definitely come again

Just what we needed

The property was just as advertised. It was surprisingly even better than we expected.Couple notes:- It was our first time visiting Wears Valley and we loved it. Stop by GSM Outfiiters for a cup of coffee or smoothie. Excellent service and friendly folks. Sloppy Hog wasn’t pretty good too.- The view from the cabin overlooks Wears Valley with the mountains in the distance. We loved it.- If you bring your pooch along there is a nice patch of land/grass next to the cabin. Hard to tell from the pictures but it was perfect.- Drive to Pigeon Forge was very easy using Wears Valley road. Some curves but that’s about it.- Cabin was very clean- Communication with Mary Beth was very easy and helpful.Overall a wonderful experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Making memories with a view

We had three families staying together at Teaberry Vista.Everyone had their own space to relax and explore.The porch and mountain views were loved by all. Mary Beth was quick to respond to questions and even let us know we could check in early.Fantastic stay and everyone agreed we would love to return!

Family Vacation in Tennessee

It was nice to stay at this beautiful home. We enjoyed playing cards and board games, corn hull and pool. It was relaxing to fix meals and enjoy family time. We loved the location which allowed us a good central place to go and explore nature and towns.

Beautiful Mountain home

We have stayed at Teaberry many times and this time was as wonderful as ever. The house is beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and fully stocked. Every bedroom has its own nice, spacious bathroom with clean, fresh towels. My family enjoyed watching movies in the theater room. The views from the porch are just gorgeous. The house is easy to get to and the drive from Pigeon Forge is so pleasant and pretty. It’s always such a peaceful retreat.

Amazing host ,beautiful home, and great mountain views

Mary Beth was such an amazing host, She texted us upon arrival and during the stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Her home is very beautiful with several spacious rooms , several bathrooms, ( we did not even use some) and a magnificent mountain view. Centrally located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so we got to enjoy those areas as well as Sevierville where the home is located. Wish we had more than 4 days to enjoy the place. Highly recommend! :-)Thank you, Mary Beth!

Fabulous View!

This was by far my best VRBO stay in every way. The property is accurately described in the listing. The host, Mary Beth, was very prompt in responding to any questions. The cabin was extremely clean and well-appointed and kitchen is outfitted with anything you could possibly need. The movie theater room was fabulous! Sun comes up directly in front of the expansive back porches. Plenty of parking. Book it!
