This was a beautiful home for our stay close to Pigeon Forge. The home was clean and well decorated and stocked. It was close to a lot of shops and things to do. Not a far drive from Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. However, the indoor pool is a lot smaller than the pictures make it look. The kids still loved it, but not large enough for adults to enjoy. Parking was difficult as we had a few couples driving separately and relatives locally that came to visit. The additional parking is quite a walk and a steep hill away. The home could use some maintance that seems to be put off. The dishwasher is in abysmal condition, definitely needs replacing. The racks inside are rusted out and completely broken off in some places. Additionally, buttons on the hot tub do not work- I think the 'cool' button ended up turning on the jets. Overall, we were happy with the reservation. The host was very easy to get in touch with and got back to me quickly about anything I needed.

I loved the cabin dont get me wrong it was big and looked nice! But we couldn't go to the movie room because it was so cold in that part! It was alot of ladybugs on the tvs and in some of the beds! Then our bedroom bathtub was stopped up! And one more thing if they put some type of heater of the balcony off the kitchen cause it has a big nice table you can eat at that would been nice other then that it was ok probably would been better the summer cause wouldn't been so cold in the cabin!

We had a great time staying at your Sieverville cabin. It was clean, very spacious, and the location was good. I would only mention that there are a lot of steps to get from one level to the next so those with mobility issues may be limited to the main floor which wasn’t a problem for us as there was a nice bedroom with bath on main. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

Great home. This home is very spacious and equipped with all of the amenities and supplies you may need. The indoor pool is a bit small (don't let the picture fool you). I would definitely book this home again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us.

This cabin was perfect for our family. I am very particular about where I sleep! All of the beds had clean sheets. We all slept like babies. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone.There is a TV everywhere you turn so if you are watching a movie, or a ball game, everyone will be comfortable. Plenty of seating in the kitchen/dinning area. We all loved it and can not wait until we go back to stay again!! 5 stars!

Family Getaway

The house is perfect for several families. Spacious, a well-stocked kitchen, and the small indoor pool was perfect for the younger members of our party. It is a 20 minute drive to the Dollywood Parks or a day in Pigeon Forge.

Peaceful retreat

The cabin was awesome. The kids teens and twenty something's loved it. We had plenty of room for 11 of us. The pool is little but it's an indoor pool so cool. The hot tub is nice but beware of the humidity of Tennessee as it works against you in the hot tub. I have already started planning our next rental.

Decent

The cleanliness could have been better. The property manager did offer to send someone over, but we didn't want someone in with all of our stuff unattended. The outdoor pool wasn't open and we didn't have any mention of that prior to booking or arrival. The indoor pool is pretty small, good for smaller kids. The property manager messaged way too often during our stay. The door was a key code, so I'm not sure why they were bothering us so much on our ETA. We were taking our time on the drive and visiting family. I didnt want to ve on the phone. I appreciate here's your info let us know if you need anything. I counted 13 messages they initiated during our 5 day stay. That's way too much harassing. The decor is beautiful. With some work, this could be a nice rental. We liked the paper products, toiletries and pool towels that were provided.

Very Nice Cabin.

We had a great stay. The cabin is in a little development of similar cabins but we still felt like we were not on top of the other guests. The location of it was perfect just 5-10 min from the main strip so it didn't take long at all to get to town and even better the roads leading to it were all well paved and easy to travel. The pool although small was perfect for us and our kids loved it so much. The hottub was a little on the older side but still nice. The main living area was great and had a nice modern vibe, we had 11 in our group and we were all very comfortable with our own space. 3 of the rooms had their own bath, only one room (bunk bed room) didn't have a bath connected but it did have its own right across the hall. If you are going with a large party or meeting family at a cabin this really is a great place where you can be together but each also have your own space. We knew from the listing it wasn't as fancy as some other places but we were very pleasantly surprised, a great value for the money and truly a nice stay and experience.

Fantastic Cabin. Definitely booking again!

Our group absolutely loved this cabin. It was extremely clean, spacious, all the rooms were great and beds very comfy! Kids lived the pool and hot tub. Adults enjoyed the theater room and the large kitchen! But the management team was top notch. They continually checked on us and asked if there was anything we needed. As well as answered any questions or concerns we had. They responded quickly and went anove and beyond. Do not hesitate to book this cabin. Our group is already looking at booking again at this same cabin!

Would do it again

This place was the perfect size for my extended family’s stay (we had 5 kids and 6 adults). The place was clean when we arrived, but there is very hard water here and therefore you find those stains around the bathrooms and kitchen. Not really the hosts fault. My other feedback are probably quick fixes: There are 3 TV’s in the living room. It’s overkill, and with only one remote to use, good luck navigating them all Window treatments seem installed almost randomly. Some rooms have them and others don’t, which not a big deal as there is still privacy, but the indoor theater setup had no curtains so we really couldn’t appreciate a family movie afternoon because we couldn’t block the sunlight. This stuff is small and easily fixable. Overall, beds were comfy and they had all the stuff we needed to make ourselves at home. I can’t give five stars, but I’d go again.

Perfect for large groups!

I picked this place for it's size. We had a party of 12, 6 adults and 6 kids. Every family had their own bedroom and the kids had a bunk room. The downstairs play area allowed the kids to play while the adults visited upstairs. The pool was tiny, but the kids didn't care. The location was ideal. Close to shopping and dining and only 20 mins from Dollywood.We plan to go back next year.

Roach infested cabin

Positives: Nice size cabin fit both of our families. Amenities were nice theater room was nice to have. Just minutes from downtown. Negatives: We found several roaches throughout our stay. Our first morning, we noticed one in our bed, Later on a few more in the bedroom area and kitchen area around dishwasher and countertop. A couple down in the basement area. Very low water pressure hot water was minimal. Pool level was below the skimmer not allowing the pool pump or heater to work pool temp when we arrived was in the low 70s. Our overall stay was very uncomfortable. We done our best to check through all of our clothing before we packed up, but at least one of the roaches did make it home with us. We noticed when we were doing laundry we found one in front of the washer dead.

Family Vacay

It was very nice . It had an indoor pool, theater and hot tub . Lots too do right inside the cabin . The property manager did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable.
