We had such a wonderful time at the Happy Haven! It is just the right distance from town with space to feel relaxed but close enough for easy access to stores and attractions. The cozy fire and Christmas decor made it feel so homey! Communications with Staci were seamless. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Cabin with Such Hospitality!

My family and I (husband and 4 sons ages 12, 10, 7 and 4) stayed at the Happy Haven the last few nights and did not want to leave! From the moment we arrived, we were in heaven: the wonderful scent of the cabin, the AMAZING hot tub (so clean, with cool LED lights!), the stocked coffee bar (so thoughtful!), gas fireplace, pool table, etc., made it a wonderful stay. I appreciated the little touches of hospitality from the hosts: towels for the hot tub near the door, basket of blankets by the fireplace, even the extra laundry and dishwasher pods in case someone forgot theirs, really made this place stand out. We enjoyed the deck lights and puzzle during our few days there, and my kids were all upset that we had to leave. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Perfect Cabin, Great Owner Support

This place is beautiful and private. There is plenty to do just within the house -- board games, pool table, Foosball, new hot tub -- and once you leave, it's only a 12-minute drive to Pigeon Forge. The owners were highly responsive. Whenever we had a question, they answered immediately, and they also supplied a super helpful guide that included all the info we needed for check in and out and even a map with notes on their favorite places (two of which we visited and loved)! We loved this place so much. We were on our anniversary trip, but when we come back to the are with the kids, we'll definitely look to stay here again.

Very nice stay, good communications with the owners

Loved the location and the seclusion... There are a number of cabins being built in the area, but we never felt like our privacy was at all threatened. Nice stay. Nice location. Nice property. Great communications with owners (super easy check-in process too... emailed the door code before arrival).

Relaxing Stay

After long days of exploring the national park it was great to come back to a place where we didn't feel like we had to leave to be entertained. This place had everything you could want want and it did it in a way that made you feel like you were at home. The accommodations and property managers were excellent in their communication throughout the whole process. Great experience!

Good place, as advertised, with responsive owners.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The wifi was great, the family room was comfortable, the jacuzzi was a nice bonus, the proximity to Smokey Mountains National Park was good, the kitchen and dining area were adequate, but we found the beds a bit too stiff. Also, there was construction in the area which sometimes continued into the evening. We saw lots of homes under construction, so recommend travelers to this area ask property owners about this before booking.

Great getaway

Everything was just as expected, owners where extremely responsive, cabin was clean and just the right amount of remoteness (abt 10-15m to the main drag). Overall it really was a great experience!

Cabin was easy to find ... was exactly like the picture... inside was beautiful and loved the wrap around porch ... the hot tub was clean and already hot when we arrived ... I would rent this cabin again

Honeymoon

We stayed for 2 nights. We absolutely loved the hotel, we thought it was more secluded but after getting situated it was very comfortable. We loved the coziness and the fact that there were so many things to do. We enjoyed the hot tub, as well as the board games available to play by the fireplace. We wanted to enjoy time with each other and thats just what we did. The cabin was clean, neat, and very well prepared for us. Would highly recommend and think we may make a return visit and bring our kids. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Amazing getaway!

My husband and I are local to the area but had to cancel our big anniversary vacation due to covid-19 so we decided on a small overnight cabin get away to relax to still be quarantined and social distancing. The cabin was very easy to get to and only a couple miles out of town but still in a great location and SO quite and relaxing. Check in was a breeze. We entered the cabin and immediately wanted to stay more then one night! So we did! We decided to book another night which was easy with how helpful and tye quick answering we received from the hosts. The cabin was very cozy, comfortable and felt like home! We had so much fun with all the included games, pool table/foosball table. Perfect for 2 or the whole family! The cabin was very clean and well taken care of! Tyson & Staci were great to work with and we will be a returning customer!
