Everything about the rental was as described. It was clean, the hosts were quick with replies and there were no issues to be seen with regards to amenities. I would recommend my family and friends to seek this rental should they even be in the area.

Property is dire need of upkeep. Door handle to patio was broken and only way to close door was to use the deadbolt which makes it really convenient if you want to use hot tub. No pavers or anything around hot so you better have shoes on or you have to walk on rocks. Bottom of back and trim was all rotten out with gaps showing to outside. Flooring had gaps all over it in the kitchen some to where you could cut foot if barefoot. Numerous lightbulbs were burnt out. I night I first thought I was hearing things. Turns out I was because when we went to kitchen area and found a switch that worked two mice took scurried across the floor. Couch had one leg of the couch that was broken/bent. Cabinet in one bathroom had handle broke off laying on the floor. Certain walls have black paint on them so who knows what they are covering up. Ceiling above wall in door has had water damage before. Place looks nice from outside that’s all I can say about it

Fantastic spot

We loved our stay at this home! Very cozy and comfortable. It was beautifully decorated and the host was incredibly easy to reach. Would definitely stay here again!

Romantic getaway & quiet

Overall the place was nice and great for a romantic getaway with the hot tub and the quiet neighborhood. One thing that the photos didn’t show is that since this is a townhouse complex that is surrounded by a forest the fence doesn’t enclose the yard fully. You can’t see your neighbors, but the Forrest is open. Not an issue for us but it does get creepy at night and the animals like to make noises. Host was very easy to communicate with helped work out any issues we had asap. Would stay here again!

Spring 2024

My family and I booked this rental for our kids spring break getaway. The location was great. It was just far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. We were able to get to all the locations we wanted within a matter of minutes. We also enjoyed walking around in the neighborhood. The rental was nice and clean- just as listed.

The house was clean and very spacious. Loved having 3 bathrooms. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. Owners communication was great!! Could use a pizza pan 😁!

3 friends and I stayed at this property for a weekend getaway! The location was perfect- central to many fun spots! We also loved the sizes of the bunk beds! Perfect for just the 4 of us!

Disappointed with owner

This property is listed as a condo where I come from they are called townhomes. There is nothing wrong with this other than I am an older person with knee problems and can’t climb stairs. This property is an excellent choice for anyone who does not mind this sort of thing. The property was clean and nice and photos are as they appear. Things happen and I understand, but we were given the incorrect code to the door and had to stay in a motel for a night and day until it could be corrected. The arcade game in the guest room did not work and there were no curtains over the two upstairs bathrooms. We had no water for a short period as workers were working on the water lines which I am sure the owner knew was going to happen ahead of time but neglected to tell us. I brought all these issues to the owners attention and hopefully all will be corrected for the next guest.

We enjoyed our stay and the location allowed for quick access to the parkway which houses all the major attractions. The property is just as it looks online and the neighborhood we stayed in was quiet and relaxed.

Great place for families

This newly refreshed townhouse was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed the large bunk beds with new linens. The arcade game and hot tub were also great features. The adults enjoyed the location outside the hustle and bustle of the strip, yet fairly close to Dollywood. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were great communicators.
