A great place to stay in the Smoky Mountains. Cabin was spacious, clean and well maintained. Minor issue with the cable TV, but as you probably have read through other reviews, Joyce was very quick to respond and solved the problem. Cabin might not offer many grassy options for pets to relieve themselves. But a minor issue over all as you just would need to walk down hill. Overall, a great place, clean, great beds, and kitchen/dinning, and Joyce was wonderful. Would recommend.

Property was exceptionally clean. Home owner was terrific to work with. Her communication and follow up was top notch. The cabin is a little bit smaller in person than it appears in the photos, but still ample space for 7 people. My kids all enjoyed the foosball, arcade, and hot tub. The only draw backs I would note are:1. The driveway was at a very steep grade. This was unexpected, but still workable. We were able to park at the top of the drive where it was more level. However, the neighboring cabin has signage that makes it clear that you are not to come close to their parking spaces. There is also space along a fence that is more level as well.2. The hot tub technically is a 4 person tub, but comfortably fits 2-3 adults.3. The air hockey table wasn’t as much fun for my kids because the puck was cheaper and easily flies off the table and/or into the persons hand playing it.4. Kitchen is small with very limited counter space. However, you can plainly see this from the photos.Overall, I still rate this cabin a 5/5 bc of the cleanliness, communication, amenities, and view.

Great place to stay!

Great place with great views from each porch. Slept 10 people and each person had a bed. 3 bathrooms came in very handy. Communication with the owner, Joyce, was above and beyond. Only had 2 minor things that were corrected immediately and was not an inconvenience to us. I wish the view was out of the living room, not each bedroom. But that was not a deal breaker nor a necessity on my part. We used the BBQ pit twice and roasted some marshmallows on the fire pit. Thank you again Joyce!

Beautiful Cabin!

My Husband and i spent two days in this Cabin. We had a great time. The Cabin was beautiful and cozy. Great views !!!, easy access to the town . The amenities were a plus and communication with the property manager was quick and easy. Joyce was Great! We definitely want to come back .

Great location to the Smokey’s and Dollywood. Clean. Was perfect for our family of 10. The kids (12, 9, 8, 6) loved the hot tub and games. Beautiful views from multiple balconies. Quiet.

This home is beautiful. As we were checking in, the cleaner was jusy leaving. I would have hoped that with such a high cleaning fee the place would have been better cleaned. There was dust webs everywhere, the baseboards were covered in dust, we had to wash any cups used due to qhat looked like dog hair in them. There was a pile of trash, dust, & hair pushed to the side on the steps. There was hair left in the bed from the previous guest. This home is gorgeous & the views are breathtaking! Check in & out process was easy peesy! We were able to communicate with the owners qith no problems! We would luv to stay here again if they had better more observant cleaners! Our family made many memories & the kids enjoyed themselves as well!

Clean, Comfortable Cabin

We had a large group (5 adults and 10 kids) and there was plenty of room for us all! The location was great as it wasn't too far from all the attractions, but was still peaceful and quiet. The view from the deck was also amazing. We had a slight issue with the air conditioning upon arrival, but Joyce had it taken care of within the first couple hours. We would definitely stay here again.

Bear Time Cabin

We enjoyed the cabin and our first trip to the Smoky Mountains. My husband and I have mobility problems because of arthritic knees, so we had difficulty with the steep incline of the driveway and the stairs in the cabin. It also would help to have grab bars in the tubs because I had difficulty getting in and out of the tub. So maybe give a heads up to older folks with mobility issues.

Awesome family vacation in the Smokey Mountains!

Cabin in great location to all major activities, beautiful view. Cabin was clean, roomy, and had more than enough amenities. Every floor had its own private deck with either a hot tub, gas fireplace and ample seating for entire family. The game room was a blast with air hockey, arcade and movie theatre. I have NEVER stayed in a cleaner rental
