We loved our stay here! It was clean, well stocked and the views were amazing. The kids loved the game room and staying upstairs in the loft. The beds were comfortable as well. Location was perfect for exploring Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Highly recommend!

We had the most relaxing vacation at this beautiful rental home. It is situated perfectly for easy access to the National Park and other surrounding attractions, while offering complete privacy and tranquility. Sunsets are stunning from the upper deck. The home is tastefully decorated with very cozy furniture and the kitchen supplies are beyond what most would expect from a rental property. If I could rate this place higher than a 10/10 I would do so, and assure anyone staying here that you won’t be, in any way disappointed. The home presents just as the pictures present. To make our experience even more memorable, we were lucky enough to see a bear cub scaling a rock/dirt embankment just feet from the front door. Michelle is very responsive and a pleasure to interact with and goes out of her way to ensure a perfect getaway vacation experience..

The cabin was everything we hoped for and more! The views alone make this cabin one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed. Nothing beats waking up to that view. The cabin is well stocked for entertainment, meals, and relaxation. Check in and checkout were a breeze too. I wouldn’t change a thing about this property and can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cabin in a great location. Everything was perfect. The kitchen was stocked exceptionally well and everything was in good condition and organized. The towels smelled fresh and we had plenty. I appreciated the hand soap and supply of trash bags and dishwasher soap. It felt more like home than some cabins that feel more like hotels supplies wise. The view was gorgeous and we loved the swing. Our dog was also very comfortable and we loved having her with us.

When it says Stunning Mountain Views, it's no joke. This was truly one of the most wonderful places we've stayed. As hosts ourselves to 7 condos, we know what it takes to make things special and we made so many memories as a family! From sitting on the chairs and swing drinking coffee or watching the sunset (every night) to the hot tub, to pool, to lounging and talking and hiking and eating, you will not be disappointed. My son's 25th birthday was while we were there and he said it was the best one yet! We definitely want to return.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful mountain getaway! Melissa was very responsive (even getting us a new coffee pot on short notice!) The property is exactly as advertised, with plenty of room for the entire family, including our dogs (dog bowls and crate provided). It was very clean, complete with a starter kit of essentials, and a very well-equipped kitchen (a plus when vacationing with the family), game room, and hot tub. The views from the back decks were stunning. We felt far away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough that we could have a new adventure every day! It's a short drive to the Smoky Mountain National Park, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood - and we experienced them all! Our family left the mountains with wonderful memories and looks forward to returning!

We had a great trip with my husband and two sons age 16, and 20. We loved the views, and we made a few day trips! We ate the sloppy hogs burger joint. We went white Water rafting, hiking and did the mountain goat roller coaster! We also ate junction 35, and The Old Mill Restaurant. All of it was wonderful! We had the best time! We got to see a bear! Our families favorite things were the beautiful cabin, white Water Rafting at River rat tours and seeing a bear. I do suggest to do the drive up to the cabin in the daytime. Some turns are sharp and better done in daylight at least the first time. We used the hot tub in the evening and it was so peaceful! The cabin was clean and very beautiful decor!

Great view of Wears Valley!

This house is a great homebase to visit the national park without having to bear the traffic of Gatlinburg! It’s peaceful with a beautiful sunset view. The furniture and kitchen supplies are among the best I’ve seen at a rental house. Great place!

The view in this cabin is absolutely stunning. It’s a gorgeous property, is super clean, and has wonderful amenities. It is secluded enough to feel rural but close enough to Gatlinburg, Dollywood, restaurants, and grocery stores. We had an amazing time and hope to return one day!

Perfect!

We had such an amazing vacation and the stay at Next Step Heaven was a big reason why! The cabin was so clean, cozy and secluded! Very well stocked, especially the kitchen! The view was amazing and the sunsets were picture perfect. Michelle is so easy to communicate with and was quick to answer any questions we had. The game room and hot tub were very much enjoyed, especially on the rainy days! This was our first visit to TN and we plan to return. We will absolutely be staying in one of Michelle's cabins again!
