Absolutely love this place! We’ve stayed at several cabins and this one was by far the best! Everything was very clean and just as described. The pool was huge and the perfect temperature. We will definitely be returning!

You won't be disappointed, this house has it all. It's quite,in the middle of mother nature. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Parking no problem. Everything worked great. Plenty of bathrooms, nobody had to wait. The beds are very nice and comfortable to sleep in, the pillows so soft and welcoming. The pool was awesome and warm to swim in. We had fun in hop tub too. We seen a couple of bears a Mother and her cub, they stopped and looked at us too. It was great! We grilled out almost every night. Will be booking again for sure. Just a very wonderful place to stay. The cabin has a warm, at home peaceful feeling in it. We loved everything about this experience, simple to book, directions were great. Overall if you stay there you will love it as much as we did. We look forward to staying there again very soon. rilled out

This property has a lot of potential, and the kids loved the indoor pool, which was the highlight of our stay. The mountain views are beautiful, it’s located on a quiet dead-end street, and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and towels.Some areas need attention: the hot tub water wasn’t clean and the cover needs replacing. The deck appears new but was poorly built, with loose boards right outside the pool room. Out back there’s only a grill and hot tub. Adding patio furniture would make it much more usable. The fire pit is tucked away on the far side of the house, which was disappointing since we planned to make s’mores. The upstairs kids’ room was very hot and uncomfortable at night. The pool alarm was tricky to figure out, and neither the karaoke machine nor the TVs worked due to unclear instructions and connection issues. Other notes: no hairdryer provided, so bring one if needed.The biggest drawback was communication—the host only sent automated links and didn’t respond to our questions until after checkout.Overall, the kids had a great time with the pool and the views are fantastic, but the home needs some TLC and more responsive hosting to reach its full potential.

There was some problems with the cabin in the beginning but they promptly sent a repair man and they fixed it. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Everything was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with, enjoyed the coffee station.

They were doing a repair on the deck and left a pile of building material taking up 1/3 of the driveway.A little more attention to those little details.

New deck..it's nice just needed to clean up.

Trip to Dollywood

Very nice property. Plenty of room for 6. 3 adults and 3 tweens. Loved the pool and hot tub. Quick drive into town and all the tourist traps. If you insta cart or other delivery services Kroger, Publix and Walmart all deliver to the house.

The house was in a great location. It was a short drive to everything in pigeon forge. The pool and hot tub were great for our family to spend time in when at the cabin. I would 100% recommend this cabin. The cabin is very close in proximity to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The hosts are amazing and were really great at communicating with us.

Great Cabin

Great value, great location great hosts!!! The upstairs bunk room was so large, a little on the warm side but functional. The swimming pool was such a blast. We were in it every evening! I would highly suggest installing shower wands!!!!!! This is a great cabin at a great price!

Beautiful

The place was beautiful and just as pictured. It was a little disappointing that some of the electronics didn’t work. The tv in the pool room was broken as well as the speakers and the karaoke machine worked but the speakers didn’t.

Spring Break in the Smokies

The cabin is clean and the amenities were great. The kids loved the pool and hot tub as well as the loft room for movie night. The owners were fantastic to work with and communicated well to make sure your experience was perfect.

Just Don’t

I booked this cabin for the pool and privacy. Unfortunately 18 hours before check in, 9 hours before we were leaving to make the 8 hour drive, I received a voicemail at 9:50 p.m. informing me they had a “quick” issue with cabin. The “quick” issue turned out to be that they no longer had the cabin we paid for, but they had another one they could put us in. It did NOT have the pool we specifically rented from them for, but instead had a tv room. I paid extra for a pool, not to watch tv in a small basement room. There was ZERO privacy! I could say hello and toss a ball to all of my neighbors while out looking at the lovely view of a water tank. The cabin we paid for also had an outside fire pit. There was one at the cabin they put us in…stuffed in the tree line in the tiny little space off of the driveway. We stayed one night of the four we had booked in the cabin they put us in and went through Air Bnb for a new cabin the next day!

We had a great time. The cabin was clean and really nice. It is on a dead-end road so there was no traffic and easy to get to. The indoor pool and hot tub was a huge plus with all of the kids. We will be booking again!

Quick getaway

We enjoyed our short getaway into the mountains and the home gave us just what we needed. The pool was nice for the kids on the days the weather didn’t cooperate!

Cold pool, not what we expected it at all

Total disappointment with the condition of the space. Although the space itself was all right to accommodate all of us, we were not expecting to find excessive dust accumulation all over the house, which is particularly concerning given that several members of our party, including myself, suffer from asthma and/or allergies and experienced exacerbated symptoms since our arrival. Furthermore, the showers contained unsanitary residue and hair. While we did not anticipate a spotless environment, considering the substantial cleaning fee, nightly rates and numerous rules about how we have to leave the house at checkout and what we can and can’t do, we expected a cleaner and more well-maintained space. Unfortunately, our experience was compromised by the need to clean up after previous occupants, including removing hair and other people’s gunk from the bathrooms, plus excessive dust from things like our bedrooms night stands and fans. Additionally, one of the primary reasons we selected this cabin was for the pool, but to our huge disappointment, the water temperature was unbearably cold, rendering it unusable. We really had not expected a cold pool during winter and feel like it was something that needed to be communicated to us prior booking.the cabin itself is great for a big family but they really need to do better with the maintenance and cleanliness.

Christmas adventure

Rented the cabin as a family Christmas gift for my sisters family and my family. Pool was chilly, but just a text and owners responded quickly. Perfect for our every need and was shown great hospitality.

Cozy Place

This place had all the amenities we needed. The kids enjoyed the arcade, indoor pool and hot tub. Very quiet area. There were a lack of hooks to hang wet towels. The TV in the pool room was not working, which had us a little disappointed. Over all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cabin.
