I wanted to thank your customer service team for being helpful and responsive during our stay. We appreciated the timely assistance whenever we reached out. That said, it’s important to share some feedback about several issues that unfortunately impacted our overall experience. A few items stood out: There were no night lights upon arrival. These were delivered, but not until our second day. The frying pan provided was in poor condition and had to be replaced. The house temperature was originally set at 73 but was reading 86, making the space uncomfortable. The contractor found that a drain hose line was clogged for the first floor. On another day, the temperature continued to climb, and we later learned the air filter was extremely dirty and needed to be replaced. The main living area could benefit additional air vents and ceiling fans—there was only one fan, which seemed insufficient for such a large space. It was recommended keeping bedroom doors open to help with air circulation. One of the bunk beds was missing a ladder. The outside entry railing had a loose middle bracket.The interior stair railing was also loose and felt unstable.An air vent cover on the lower level by the back deck was badly dented, producing a constant whistling noise,the floor vent near the TV on the first floor was bent in need of repair. Lastly, while the pool area itself was generally fine, there were dead bugs.A financial credit is asked as the price was premium but the condition was not. Please
