Took the family there for a weekend get away and we had the best time relaxing in the peace and quiet. All three of my kids said it was their favorite vacation so far. Can not recommend this place enough!!

Cleanliness

The cleaners definitely could do ALOT better. But the home was BEAUTIFUL. The beds had throw pillows for bed pillows.

Not worth the hassle

Upon arrival, I had to contact host because I couldn’t enter the cabin. We explored the house and my kids were excited, we were excited. Our first swim in the indoor pool and we noticed the only chair in the room was broken. My husband told me to notify the host in case they try to blame us- I assumed if it was cleaned prior to our arrival then the chair should have already been reported as broken. So I didn’t reach out to them which was a mistake. They had to know. (Let me add the pool was dirty, we found bugs and a bandaid floating in it). Our first time playing around with the arcade game we noted that a few buttons didn’t work and the joystick was broke . My husband again said hopefully they know about that (jokingly because we had already found other issues and surely they know).Fast forward to after our stay and the host sent an invoice attempting to charge us 600 for a broken pool chair and an arcade game… I don’t know if they honestly didn’t know the items were broken, I don’t see how they wouldn’t. I can only assume they are trying to get items paid for and since we didn’t note the broken things during our stay, were are easy targets to pay for upgrades.The area is nice. Look for a different cabin.

Beautiful cabin

The cabin was beautiful. It was just as pictured online. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much. This would be a great cabin for two families with kids because of the separation of space. It’s a little bit of a distance from the national parks, but if you plan for your day in advance, it’s not terrible.

I communicated with Patricia if I could bring my keurig b/c I have to have coffee and I didn’t want to have to wash the maker, she stated to me that there was a keurig in the house and so I left my keurig to later find out at the last minute there was no keurig. We went back & forth b/c she wanted to please me as far as I was concerned, there was no resolve& I left it alone to later see that she had sent a message if she could send someone to bring the keurig and I didn’t see themessage but if she wanted to really

Use caution/ unsanitary

Proceed with Caution for this property. We booked 4 nights at Serenity Oasis Property. Upon arrival the cabin was not up to standards as advertised in the photos. Fresh, still wet, stinky, very large pet urine stains on the living room rug and downstairs bedroom rug. Pool was full of dirt. All the towels were in the dryer, still damp. BBQ ashes dumped directly in front of the grill. The front kitchen window was left all the way up because it was jammed and unable to close, unfortunately for us, it was cold and raining at the time. The hot tub was not cleaned as the owner had informed us earlier that day, asking us to not use it until the next day and it had what definitely appeared to be bodily fluids floating in it. After speaking with Owner and sending photos, we decided it was too unsanitary to stay for the price we had paid which included a substantial cleaning fee. Please use caution about renting this cabin, you may not get a refund.

Great location and beautiful property

Very nice property. Quiet one way street. Nice backyard, everything you could want or need in a vacation rental. Easy drives to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Knoxville and the NP. Often times we arrive at vacation rentals and find we have to start from scratch. They provided a nice starter of TP, dish soap, paper products, etc. Very nice property and deserving of the name Serenity Oasis. Thanks for a great vacation.

Great family get away!

Wonderful, beautiful, cozy cabin. Clean and everything was listed exactly as described in the overview. Host was very helpful and accommodating. This was our new granddaughter's first get away and there was plenty of room for all the things one might need to bring when traveling with a newborn. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful cabin

The cabin is gorgeous and thoroughly clean! It is 3 stories which gave plenty of room to spread out. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with our group. The location is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge/Sevierville. Beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets too. Overall, we'd stay here again. 🌟

Football weekend

Great property. Everything was as advertised in the photos. The amenities like furniture, beds, hot tub, appliances, etc were all new and in excellent condition. The home is a short 10 to 15 min drive to grocery store or restaurants. There is some construction on the street but was never a problem. We stayed with another couple for the weekend and really enjoyed the property including the fire pit area. We would stay here again.

Perfect for our week!

We were in the area for a youth conference. The location was close to the conference area & the turns weren't that bad getting up that way. The house was perfect! Clean! Plenty of room. Plenty of bathrooms. Lots of fun to be had. There was an area for everyone to enjoy & room for us all to be together when we wanted. My only "complaint" (although I wouldn't call it that) is to be prepared for the drive UP the road the house is located on. It's pretty straight up. But if you've ever been in TN, you know that's a possibility. It is just a little steep and can be off putting if you're not used to it. But we would definitely stay again! The property is amazing! & communication with fabulous.
