We just needed a place to stay for one night as we were driving through on our way back home from a vacation in SC. This property was conveniently located, clean, had everything we needed, and pet friendly for our dog. Check in was easy and there wasn't a long list of chores to do before we left which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

I felt like the photos were much nicer than the actual property. There are a lot of things that need fixing…a light fixture loose on the stairs, the doorknob of the master bathroom is loose as well as the towel ring. The carpet and handrail on the stairs seems dirty and there is a water mark on the ceiling at the top of the stairs. The top bunk is so creaky when anyone moves on it. A few other things are that we couldn’t figure out how to get ice in the freezer. There were no tissues or extra garbage bags for the kitchen can. The kitchen I felt should have a few more necessities for guests like oven mitts and salt and pepper shakers. These aren’t things I would ever think I would need to pack when staying in a condo with a fully stocked kitchen. I also didn’t consider the outside area with the hot tub a retreat. It was an area we didn’t even use even though we intended to before we arrived.

Nice place to stay

This rental was in a good location to all the attractions in the area. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to. The owners were responsive and helpful. The place was clean and well stocked. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Townhome

Do Not Stay Here

We were given electronic access to the property we were to stay in, however the property management company had some issue and when we entered the property, it was obviously already occupied. Upon notifying them, the property management company repeatedly asked us to approach the occupants of the property to ascertain their identity. Eventually, rather than refund our stay, the property management company shuffled us into another, partially cleaned unit, for our vacation.

Nice Property

Very nice stay, the VRBO was bigger than the pictures did justice. The location was excellent, close to everything in the area, but still far enough away to enjoy some R&R.

A little disappointing

We were impressed with the space and cleanliness when we arrived. It was as described. However, we were unable to connect our devices to the internet and the AC wasn’t working the last night of our stay (in hindsight, it likely wasn’t working all week but it wasn’t super noticeable until the last night). The property manager was quick to respond but there wasn’t much they could do about the internet or AC (since it was later in the evening when we returned and realized it was out). It was a nice place, just disappointing that the amenities weren’t working.

Great Stay!

I had a great stay at serene spring retreat. The location is fantastic. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood yet within minutes of pigeon forge. The fact that I could take my fur babies with me made everything perfect. The hosts were wonderful and responded quickly when I had questions. Would stay again. I

Ponies in the Smokies

My family, dogs and I stayed at this property and had a great time. The property was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The communication with property management was always prompt and friendly. Definitely will return to a property managed by them in the future.

Grat location for long weekend!

Our stay was wonderful! Great location! Communication with the hosts was excellent. My kids loved the Pac-Man arcade. The hot tub was a nice addition. Minor couple things- just some dust bunnies in corners and the bunk bed was super squeaky so we didn’t utilize the top bunk. Otherwise- perfect stay!

Decent Stay, but Lacking in Comfort & Cleanliness

The townhome was in a great location, just 15 minutes from Dollywood, making it a convenient spot for our trip. The accommodations were very basic but worked for a short three-day stay. However, cleanliness was a concern. The air filters were extremely dirty, which caused sneezing and coughing for all of us. I reached out to the manager, who responded quickly and thanked me for the feedback, but no action was taken to address the issue during our stay.Additionally, there weren’t enough blankets, and the place lacked simple essentials like salt, sugar, or even enough coffee for more than a day—so be sure to come prepared. While it served its purpose, I don’t think we will be returning. Hopefully, the management will improve these issues for future guests.

Fun Getaway

My husband and I had such a great trip and enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. It’s tucked away in an area we’ve never visited, so we were able to discover more of the Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, which was nice. The host is amazing and kept in contact with me throughout the week. I didn’t have any issues, but I’m confident they would have been taken care of immediately if I had. We will definitely be back!
