Place was great for 4 families with 11 kids! It was clean and easy to rent. We had a great time. It would be nice to have some more silverware and kitchen pans. Possibly more rugs for the bathrooms. But it was a lot of fun and the kitchen table we great for games!!! Thank you!!

This house satisfied all of our needs. Everyone had their own room and really enjoyed their space. Note that this house is four levels and the top two bedrooms did not have bathrooms in them. My guess just used the bathroom on the third floor.I would suggest communicating with the owner via the property site as we had better experiences with receiving responses there. I would definitely stay at this location again, as it was central to great attractions in the city actually much better than I thought it would be. And Tennessee was a wonderful surprise of how robust they are with activities and entertainment. My birthday dinner was in Gatlinburg, which was about 30 minutes away and Pigeonford was about 10 minutes away from the house. Definitely a vibe!

I had an issue with another cabin and a frozen pipe. The owner, Tari, was super helpful and responsive in getting us into Nottingham Lodge. We got married on Friday and our friends and family came in over the weened to help us celebrate. The cabin was huge and luxurious. There were commercial bathrooms, an ice maker, dual kitchen, hottub and swim spa. We could have not asked for a better weekend. The cabin hosted 36 people for a celebration luncheon and 30 people slept there with plenty of room to spare. This property and the owner helped us celebrate our marriage and not have any stress. Would recommend 10/10.

The people we were with made the trip amazing! The cabin was spacious with a great location. Cleanliness could improve or upgrades required in pool area. It felt very much like a dungeon, dark and dreary. It was barely used and that was high on our want list! It was disappointing. We left the cabin better than we found it!!!

Stay would have been great , but could not use pool . Water temperature was way too high. We turned pool heater off Friday afternoon about 6 and pool person came Saturday about 10:30 . He took water temperature and it was still 98 degrees. I had 5 children with me and the pool was the deciding factor in my choosing this cabin. Also, roof was leaking and when we took shower on first floor water dripped through to bathroom in basement. We arrived in Pigeon Forge at 3 and I asked owner if we could go in. She said no because people were still getting it ready. I understand that, but surely no one checked the pool area because the water could not have gotten that hot in one hour.

The pool was one of the main reasons we chose this cabin. It was not clean or well heated & we missed a day before we could use it. Use of the hot tub was also delayed by a day but the host did let us know that just before we arrived. Quite a few of the sinks & showers would not drain properly and water would pool over our feet when showering. Several shower liners had to be replaced bc of dirt & mold. We understand that we were in the mountains but cobwebs everywhere were a bit excessive. Finally, one of our guests had his fryer & cast iron pot taken when he stored it in the locked trash compartment. The man who picked up the trash claims that he didn’t “see” it however it was very heavy & would’ve been hard to miss. All in all, (aside from the cleaning/maintenance issues)it is a beautiful property on a beautiful mountain but we were told that there would be room to have a fish fry outside for the 21 people in our group. There was not enough space outside for that. We made it work & had a great vacay.

If you taking a big group and want a cabin that suits everyone from young to old this is for you. There was 15 of us and we had so so much fun. We watched a movie in the cinema room, the younger girls played games, some swam, some enjoyed the hot tub, we absolutely loved the huge kitchen table, and so many laughs were shared. The cabin was extremely clean and they loved having a pool inside with us.

Cabin was awesome! Layout was not what was shown on line so we had to make some room adjustments because of the stairs, but we survived! The pool, theater and game room was a big success! Close enough for an emergency run to a store and plenty of other things to do outside of the cabin! Would definitely rent again if headed that way!

The house was more than satisfactory for our group. Plenty of beds, baths. Adequate cooking supplies. The pool area inside could have used a better cleaning, but since we used the community pool, which was lovely, it wasn’t a problem. I have to say I was expecting views of the Smokey Mountains, but most were obstructed by trees. There isn’t much of an ‘outdoor’ area, but the same can be said about all the properties in the community. Everyone had a great week with lots of hiking, visiting Gatlinburg and even a day at Dollywood and a Hatfield-McCoy Dinner one night. Many memories were made on one of our epic family adventures!!
