Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. Property was clean with plenty of amenities. TONS of space. Justin was very responsive when we had an issue with the hot tub. Highly recommended!

Fun cabin stay

Nicely appointed cabin with a lot of space for a one bedroom. When we arrived, a number of lights weren't working, but property manager responded to communication really quickly to fix the issues.

Amazing cabin

We had an amazing time for our first trip to the area. Loved how secluded and quiet it was. Cabin was big and very clean. Loved being able to bring our dogs too. Loved having the grill. Taught my 6yr old son how to play pool and loved the hot tub. We even got a visit from the local black bear and got to watch it wander around. My wife loved the bird watching from multiple decks. Highly recommend this cabin and would stay here again! The owners were great and super responsive

Perfect hide away and easy to access everything .

Really had a nice place to just kick back and rest because it rained most of the time we were there and enjoyed the hot tube while it rained and watching tv with the multiple channels of movies and programs to watch or taking a nap in the very comfortable bed they have down stairs . Thanks again to the host Justin for providing the perfect place for my Wife and myself s forty yr anniversary .

Excellent vacation experience

This rental was Amazing! Secluded but yet right in the middle of Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg, very easy access to both. Cabin has all amenities you can think of and the king bed is super comfy. Best of all we got to experience this wonderful vacation with our two lil fur babies. Thank you for offering such a clean and welcoming stay and allowing pets. Will definitely stay again!

Great Place!

My husband and I brought our 16 year old son to the area and found this cabin to be a good fit for our stay. The cabin was great and had that comfortable rustic cabin feel at the same time. We had so much fun in the evenings after our busy day playing pool! We highly recommend. My little 4 cylinder car made it up the hill but I was hanging on! Lol

Fantastic mountain getaway at Cozy Bear Lodge

Absolutely loved my stay at this spectacular cabin! It was a perfect location, and I cannot wait to go back. Seriously wanted to book the cabin again before I left. Also, the owners are very friendly and responsive (and know a ton about the area). I would highly recommend this property.

Cabin was beautiful but could have been cleaner. The outside of the cabin was awful.

The grass was knee high around the cabin. Plus I had a dog that I had to take out to do it’s business and it was awful with the tall grass. There was few clothing items that had been left on the ground that looked like it had been there for a while. Under the bed was pretty nasty with stuff. And the bed set up high enough that it should have been easy to sweep under..

A few issues but overall an amazing stay

The owner is incredibly easy to communicate with and will get things figured out for you in no time. The cabin is a perfect size for a little getaway of 2-6 people and is well priced. We had a few concerns with the cleanliness of the cabin but the owner got on them right away and even refunded part of our cost, also saying that he would figure out the cleaning situation right away, so I feel confident in saying this place is well worth the stay. The hot tub and jacuzzi are amazing and the solitary feel of this cabin is incredible!

Perfect Spring Break Vacation

We enjoyed everything about our stay! Communication with the owner was clear and prompt. Everything in the cabin matched the written description. The cabin was clean and well maintained. This place was the perfect location for our getaway - cozy but not cramped. We enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the creek and the birds. We will definitely stay here on our next adults-only Gatlinburg vacation!

Adult Weekend Getaway

This property is fun and private! One neighbor right across and one below but overall pretty quiet! Loved the hot tub and the video game arcade! Comes with everything! Pool table was a nice touch! Comfy bed! Could use some air freshener but overall a 5 Stars! We loved it and will be back!
