The house was just as beautiful as in the pictures. We had serene hours there away from the tourists. Very comfortable, all amenities we needed. Owner was available and helpful with any questions we had. Loved having a campfire and walking in the mountain. Hope to go back!

Peaceful, tranquil, and relaxing describes our experience at Spence Cove. Sitting on the rocking chairs on the front porch while listening to the sounds of the river flowing by provided a great experience. Diana is a wonderful and gracious host. The house is just as described, and it was clean with a well-supplied kitchen. We felt like we were far out in the countryside, but it was only a short drive to the Pigeon Forge attractions, restaurants, and shopping. We highly recommend Spence Cove and we look forward to returning.

Everything we hoped it would be!

We loved the location of the property. The home was close to the activities we had planned in Pigeon Forge and there was a convenient back way to get to Gatlinburg. It was amazing having the river in front of the house the kids loved it. The owner was friendly and very helpful. We had everything we needed in the home. We would definitely stay there again.

Adorable "Farm House" in perfect location!

We absolutely loved our time here! My two grandsons loved the river and they spent a LOT of time there. It was so relaxing to sit on the porch in the swing or a rocker & watch them swim & play. Dianna is a great hostess. She made sure we had everything we needed and made the whole process simple. We will definitely be back!

Amazing, Relaxing, Peaceful

What an amazing stay! From the truly scenic Drive-In to the beautifully decorated farmhouse! You have 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms a wrap around front porch that looks right at Little Pigeon River and the beautiful open space. My children ranging from 9- mid teens had so much fun playing in the River, fishing, skipping rocks, and more. We had family dinners and still were close enough to hit up several attractions within an hour from the house. We can not say enough amazing things about this stay.

Amazing Stay and views

We had 6 people ages 41 to 16 and all had a blast. Owner is extremly nice and friendly and had tips on where to go for food and fun. The house was well decorated and had everything we needed already there. We will definitely be staying again.

The River is Fantastic

Our stay was Dec. 25th to 30th. We had 6 adults in our group. We all fit comfortably throughout the house. Pros: Diana is very responsive. Our stay was quiet and we loved sitting on the front porch listening to the river. A lot of things (e.g. kitchen items) were provided. I loved that we were away from the busy area but still close driving distance to everything. You can hear Dollywood’s train and very slightly see their fireworks (8:45pm) at night. Cons: the pictures/description are not up to date. Across the river is now a RV/ Camper park (no longer woods). Fortunately, they had very few people over there so it was still quiet and not bothersome. The check-in is in person which makes coordinating the time of arrival a little more difficult but it went quick.

Beautiful property!

Diana answered all of my questions before the trip very promptly. We stayed at Christmas, so we didn’t really get full use of the river and all of the fun that would come with it. The house was perfect for us and all of the little extras that I always take for a trip were already at the house, so we really had everything we needed. The house is cozy and obviously very well maintained. I really can’t say enough about how beautiful the views are. We hope to go back in the Summer to enjoy the water sports. I would definitely recommend this property and how easily Diana was to communicate with and super nice!

Beautiful scenery

We enjoyed our stay at Spence Cove so much. Mrs. Diane made the stay even more enjoyable with her hospitality. We plan on visiting again in the summer! Beautiful area and very convenient location.

Nice place to stay

This is a nice house. It isn’t secluded but is in a nice peaceful scenic area. The house is clean. Internet access is good. It is in a convenient location to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Diana, the owner, was very friendly and responsive.

Perfect all the way around

The house was amazing, comfortable and perfectly located just a stone throws away from the river. Everything was cozy and comfortable and we had all the utensils and dishes we could possibly need for our party of six. Communication with Diana was exceptional before and during our stay. We will definitely be back. We loved everything about our stay.

Go ahead and book this house!!

What an amazing house, location, and host! We travelled here with our 4 children (21, 21 18, 14) and everyone had a great time. Diana was so lovely, from booking throughout our stay. The house is huge amd was perfect for us. The kids had their own space and every bed was comfortable. The house was impeccably clean with plenty of towels. We loved having a washer and drier to use, too. The best part was there are no weird rules with this house. We did clean up before we left but, unlike other rentals, we didnt have to strip beds or do dishes.at 5am when we left. The property is so pretty. The river is nice and clean. Fishing and searching.for wildlife was fun. The Smoky Mountains had something for everyone. Our naturaliat oldest is already planning a trip back. This house is far enough outside of the hustle and bustle that it was relaxing, but just 20 minutes away was anything you could need. 10/10 would unequivocally recommend renting this house.

Little slice of Heaven

Wonderful is an understatement. If you are looking for beauty, peace, and relaxation then this is it. The house and property are beautiful and inviting and as soon as you lay your eyes upon it you know you are home. It is well kept and clean and Miss Diana is wonderful and helpful. Miss Diana is attentive to help with whatever questions you may have and is such a joy to communicate with. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, then look no further. P.S. The wildlife are just and added bonus.
