Family vacation with grandchildren

The house was beautiful! Location was within 20 minutes of Dollywood. First thing to greet the grandchildren was the Pac-Man and Street Fighter games. Let’s just say lots of time was spent in the game room! The girls loved their private bedroom with the bunk beds. Both other bedrooms had kings size beds. The bathrooms were very modern, and we never ran out of hot water! Will definitely stay here again if we are back in Sevierville with the family.

Great Location for Ripken Experience

Great place and would definitely stay again. Location is perfect for anyone doing the Ripken Experience. Game room is a bonus for kids and adults! Only negative is the very steep driveway. I can’t imagine parking more than two cars.

Great location, beautiful surroundings, comfy beds, aracade games, and lots of nice tv's with plenty of options. We enjoyed our time here as a family. It was a great base to explore the area.

Great stay

We loved the house. Very close to the main strip in pigeon forge. It's next to a very busy street so it can be a little noisy but the house was very clean and the hot tub worked great.

The property was nice however cleanliness was not good. Several cobwebs in all areas. Coffee pot did not work. Overall pleasant but if you’re paying for cleaning you might want to encourage them to do better.

Beautiful space inside and out!

We stayed at this cabin for 3 days 2 nights. The space is beautiful and open. The deck is amazing for hanging out and the fire pit area is even better! Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, tvs in almost every space. The game room with ping pong table was a huge hit for my family. We had plenty to entertain us with all of that and the hot tub. It’s close enough to all the attractions in Sevierville/Pigeon Forge but far enough away so you are not in the midst of all the tourist traffic. I absolutely recommend this cabin for your next family vacation to the mountains.

The rental was very much like a house, not like the cabins we stayed in before. It was a little dated but still very nice. The outside deck was very nice also with lights on all the handrails. Parking is a little challenging but manageable.

Great location and nice place

We enjoyed the stay and the house was a good size, also very close to eveything. Only thing I’d suggest would be better blankets for the king bed, also maybe a few more dishes and towels to accommodate. Thanks for the great stay!

Pretty clean unit. Was pretty much as advertised but as others have said, the parking is a bit of challenge, especially with a large vehicle. Heating/cooling was very unevan within the unit but overall not a big deal

Nice stay

House is positioned next to busy road, trees surrounding , very pretty. Inside extremely clean and cute space. However, pillows need replenishing along with bottom bunk bed mattresses that felt like coils. The king mattresses in both rooms were comfortable. The washer and dryers loud, so using in evening wasn’t peaceful. Hot tub very clean.

Great Stay

We stayed for a long weekend in August to visit UT for a college tour - Go Vols!! I have stayed in many rental homes in the past and this one rates at the top. Things I liked: Location - The location was perfect to access Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was about a 5 minute drive to the main roadway in Pigeon Forge and just down the road from the Apple Barn. Peaceful - The home is very peaceful. You really can't see your neighbors and it was pretty quiet. It was great just relaxing in the hot tub outside in the evening with a cold beverage. Communication - It seemed that the property manager would be very receptive. We didn't have any problems where I needed to reach out to them but with the great "Welcome Message" that they sent me at the start of the trip, I feel that they would have responded to me right away if needed. Cleanliness - The house was very clean. We did not see any unclean areas and trust me.....my wife looks. I hear about it everytime we stay at hotels. Size/Value - The house was the perfect size for a family of 8. It is a great value and you aren't paying for extra space that you arent really using. Activities - My kids and I really enjoyed the ping-pong table and arcade games. It was nice to be able to play a few games before jumping into the hot tub. The only recommendation that I have for the property manager and it wasn't even worth reaching out to them would be to have an outside broom on the deck to sweep up the leaves that fall.

So much to do at the cabin with hot tub, game room, and fire pit. Kids loved it! Trees make it seem secluded but very short drive to dining and activities. Was very clean everywhere except a couple of hairs in one of the showers. Some of the bed frames and floor boards had some worn or uneven spots, but that's just being too picky, it really wasn't a problem. Kitchen supplies were in line with description, but bring more if you want to cook a lot. Beds were comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!
