Had a great short get away. Very clean. Can't say that enough- very clean. Love the location, size of unit, great location, & bet of all- no minimum night stay. Easy directions with minimal checkout requirements. Love being in the middle of it all, but also can stay off the main road to get some great meals ( Iron Works Brewery, AppleBarn). Look forward to our next trip!

The condo was beautiful, very clean, and in a perfect location. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the river—it was so peaceful to sit outside and enjoy the quiet and the views. A wonderful stay, and we’d be happy to return!

This is a great condo in a quiet, out of the way area, but still really close to downtown. It's clean and very spacious - plenty of room for people to spread out. We would stay there again!

Something for Everyone!

The property was great! Perfect location ! So nice being so close to everything, but at the same time it was still very quiet, and peaceful! The entire complex was very clean and well maintained. The condo was just as pictured, and utilized its space very well. The condo had something for every age group. The elevator and huge walk in shower was perfect for the senior citizens in our group. The kids loved the extra large, spacious bunk beds each equipped with their own tv, and the game closet was very cute. There was also a very a nice pool (that was never crowded) and hot tub. The game room and basketball goal was also a nice touch ! However the best part was the beautiful river that did not disappoint! My 12 year old spent hours outside each day at the river fishing.The beds were all comfortable and equipped with their own fans. I also wanted to say how nice it was to have a VRBO with linens and towels actually included ! We would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family.

Excellent Spring Break

Great location. Short driving distance to all desired tourist activities and parks in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, but far enough away from the traffic to enjoy some peace and nature. Perfect for families with young children. Everything is well maintained and clean. This was our second time staying here and we would definitely come back again.

Beautiful place in a great location!!

We checked in the day after Christmas and stayed through the weekend. All the check in and contact information was delivered as promised. The place was very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Lots of Christmas and mountain decor. Everything you could have needed in the kitchen was provided from morning coffee to all the cooking necessities for an entire dinner. Plenty of towels and wash clothes as well. The location was also great. There was a traffic light for turning in off of the parkway to the condo. Just a very short drive from there. We honestly had no reason to have to contact the owners but I have no concerns any issues would have been taken care of. We have been visiting Pigeon Forge for many years and wished we would have found this place sooner. We would 100% consider this place in the future.

Perfect place for making memories.

This property was exactly as listed. Very quite and peaceful setting and close to everything. Great balcony with awesome furniture to relax while taking in the views of the mountains and Little Pigeon River which we enjoyed in the evenings and early mornings. Everything you need while on vacation was provided. The grandkids loved the bunk beds and made it their little haven. The pool was very nice and there was a hot tub as well and located just a short distance from the condo. The condo provided plenty of room for the seven of us. Very clean and the owner was very quick to respond with questions I had during the rental process. Would highly recommend others to stay here and make your Smoky Mountain memories!

Peaceful & Relaxing Get-a-way

Family Vacation to the Smokey Mountains

We stayed at this condo for our family vacation. It was our first time renting somewhere instead of staying in a hotel and it worked out perfectly. My husband and I had the master bedroom, our older 2 children each got a bedroom and my youngest loved the bunk beds and having her own space. My son loved being able to go outside and fish in the river each morning when he woke up and in the evenings once we got back from whatever we were doing for the day. The location was great. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We had considered renting a cabin on the mountain somewhere but the the location of the condo couldn't be beat. We were close to the attractions and almost any type of restaurant you could possibly want to eat at. We were also near grocery stores so it was easy to pick up food/snacks/drinks to keep at the condo for when we had down time. Communication with the owners was very easy. They made sure we were all set after we arrived and other then that we didn't really need to reach out to them since everything was perfect. The once or twice I did email them they responded very quickly. The condo complex itself was very quiet and had plenty of parking. I would recommend this condo to anyone I know going to the area for vacation and if we were ever going back to this area of TN we would stay here again if it was available.

Great Space for a Getaway

We went up for a family getaway and really loved this space. It’s in a great location to all the Pigeon Forge action, and offers beautiful views. Hospitality and attention to detail are an A+. We all agreed the bunk beds are even better in person. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spring Break destination

Our family of 6 had a great Spring Break. The size and layout of the property is ideal. Everyone had their own bed and plenty of room for lounging/relaxing. Beautiful views of the mountains from the back porch balcony. Location is ideal: very quiet neighborhood with easy, scenic walks, but also very short easy drive to all the sites and activities of Pigeon Forge,/Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay here again.
