Excelente cabaña pero mala suerte

El sitio y la cabaña son muy buenos. Linda construcción. Las duchas muy pequeñas e incómodas. Por una tormenta de nieve hubo corte de la energía desde la noche en que llegamos y hasta fue lo bueno. No tuvimos calefacción estando a menos 3 grados, no tuvimos agua caliente (ni para lavar platos y ollas), no tuvimos estufa ni nevera ni tv ni posibilidad de juegos. En fin, no disfrutamos de amenidades. Solo un techo. Nos salvó la chimenea que funciona con gas (debería haber opción de gas también para el calentador de agua y la estufa, para casos como este) Además, no había pala ni herramienta alguna para remover la nieve. Nos tocó hacerlo con palos y bandejas. Falta previsión para eso.

There was a mix up with the cleaning team and they did not have the cabin clean prior to our arrival, but the manager was easy to contact and was able to get the cleaning team out to the house the next morning. In the mean time she granted us access to the owner’s closet where we were able to get clean sheets and towels.

This property was perfect for us! We were close to everything but still felt secluded, nestled up in the trees. The cabin was more than enough space for our family of 4. The views really are amazing and we saw bears. This property checks off all the ‘musts’ for your stay in the Smokey Mountains!

Pictures all accurate. Very clean and nice cabin. We had enough room for all six of us to be comfortable. Views were amazing. Good parking and easy road to travel to cabin. Check in very easy. Close to everything. Even with other cabins close still felt private. We seen a bear walk right by cabin second morning there. Would stay here again.

Enjoyable stay near Pigeon Forge

Enjoyed staying here, great view of the mountains. Has everything a family needs and is very close to downtown Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Highly recommend.

At first glance, the cabin was everything you would expect from a cabin in the mountains. Everything the owner said was there was, and our first night there was restful. The next night our son-in-law mentioned hearing what sounded like rodents scurrying around the room. We investigated and found rodent droppings on the counter in the kitchen, in the drawer on the range, behind beds, and in the bathrooms. When I informed the owner, I was told there was poison under the sink. This horrified and confused me. One, we had small children with us and the thought that a moment of inattention could have been fatal. Two, I wondered if they were suggesting I should kill the mice/rats for them. I later got a text saying that someone was coming out to check on the problem. We did see a mouse on our last day there that sent us all running. We also reported a leak coming from the ceiling in the bathroom onto the floor. The fans and lights all used the same remote so turning the light on in one room resulted in the light coming on in another room. It became comical.

Great location, clean property.

The location is very easy to access, close to the parkway, and clean. The kids enjoyed their stay, and there was plenty of room the spread them out. The host was receptive anytime we needed her. The views are excellent too.

Amazing views

The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. So convenient to everything Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville has to offer. The view was breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again.

Great View and super clean.

We really enjoyed our stay and found the property to have a breathraking view and was very clean. Our only concern about the property itself was the driveway. Backing out or attempting to do a three point turn is not for the faint of heart but it can be done.

Beautiful Space

This was such a beautiful place. The views were incredible and the place was clean. There were so many personal touches with decorations that really made this place feel like a home. If we are in the area again we will definitely return to this place.

Christmas gift

I gifted my family a winter getaway to the cabin. It was a beautiful view. We all loved the pool table and hot tub. I would suggest bringing a fry pan since they were small. Parking was a little tricky to back up the car

Great stay

My family of eight stayed here to celebrate birthdays, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Views are great, hit tub was enjoyed by all and house was big enough for us all to have plenty of room to spread out. Driveway a bit tricky with three vehicles. Would highly recommend staying here. Pigeon Forge was extremely crowded during week of Thanksgiving so we didn’t venture out but two or three times. Guys loved golf course being so close as they played two times during our stay.

Family Getaway

This started out to be a larger group but 5 actually went and everyone was comfortable and had their own bathroom. Everything that was needed, was provided. Absolutely beautiful view! The hottub is a big plus.
