We had a great time. There was plenty of room for the kids to hang out. One of our guest was slightly handicapped so the stairs were a little tough, however it wasnt that much of a inconvenience.

This Cabin is Great as far as area and if you’re ok with Rustic, has beautiful views, but most definitely needs touch of TLC, the Game room was a plus, cabin is well supplied of Ammenities just needs better maintenance and cleaning theres a few Bugs inside especially at ground floor, Virginia was Nice and did try to resolve our issues within a reasonable time, but other than that we had a Good time. :))

Upon arrival, not all lights could be turned on. First floor bedroom lights and some lights on main floor would not turn on. Owner asked guest to flip fuses on breaker box, requiring him to climb over furniture/boxes/cobwebs in dark garage.The house was not clean. It smelled very badly, esp. in kitchen by stairs and near stove. I suspect there was a dead rodent behnd appliances. I did not want to make a big deal about it because I knew it would really upset others in our party.Air conditioner unit on first floor had mold all over vent. This presented a health hazard with moldy air blowing into room where people were sleeping.There were a lot of lady bugs in the 3rd floor primary bedroom. There was mold and rodent poop in corners of the window in 3rd floor bathroom. There was also rodent poop on bath towels in the first level bathroom and on blue hot tub towels on the main floor. The home was dusty and there were cobwebs in various corners throughout the house.There was no suction cup on the end of the curtain rod in the first floor shower. It fell several times during showers and actually fell on a family member. Having stayed in numerous vacation rentals, this home was very poorly stocked and lacked a sufficient inventory of basic supplies. There was only a partially used roll of paper towels in the kitchen, no laundry detergent, the hand soap container in the kitcehn was empty. The only part of the house that we enjoyed was the gameroom

This was a superb rental that provided convenient access to Gatlinburg, Great Smokey Mountain National Park and other destinations that we wanted to see. Virginia was most helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had. This is is a great place to spend a week.

Gorgeous outdoors!

We had a wonderful time! The indoors of this home is very unique and feels a bit small, but the outdoors makes up for it. Wrap around porches, huge yard, hot tub, firepit, and screened in porches were an absolute delight. We loved the location due to its close proximity to the back entrance of the park. The beauty of the area is unmatched in the fall.

Amazing rental!

Such a great property! We only had a couple of days and there was so much we wanted to use (Hot tub, Game Room) but our schedules didn’t allow us time. The host was great and responded to questions quickly. We will definitely consider this again for future trips! An amazing house with plenty of room for everyone in a great location close to many of the areas my family loves to visit around Gatlinburg!

Loved it! Had a pleasant time with my entire family. Host was nice and very responsive. I had an issue with a stove and she immediate responded my texts and even called me to resolve my issue. Definitely loved this place ❤️

Good location

The house had 2 very nice patios with a great bonfire pit, hot tub and game room. The kitchen is small and difficult cooking family meals so we didn't. Our biggest concern was the beds. 3 of the 6 beds were virtually unable to be slept in. The box springs were so shot and "creeky" that a couple people had to seek out alternative sleeping arrangements. Definitely needs an upgrade in that area. I get that the house is at the foothills of the mountains and listed as rustic but the porch area housed many wasp and hornet nests that could and should be taken care of. The community pool is very nice with a good snack bar. were virtually

Summer family vacation

The property was large enough to accommodate our family. I certainly appreciated the owner allowing us to bring our small pets. I will say that I think the place could use a little TCL. The cleanliness was fair. The tile shower in the downstairs bathroom had a lot of mildew in it that we cleaned prior to using. The whole garbage situation was a little ridiculous. You had to drive 10 miles to drop off garbage or pay to have it picked up. Overall it was fine and we had a great time!!

Wonderful Stay

We loved staying at Bucket Glenn. The house had plenty of room for all of us. House was very clean and had everything you needed. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings enjoying the beautiful views. The kids loved the game room. We couldn't keep them out. Close to everything in the area. The neighborhood was quite and neighbor's were friendly. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future. Thank you for an amazing stay.

July 4th family getaway

Overall it was a great stay. A little smaller than the pictures make you believe. We had a couple hiccups but the owner gave us quick responses. The kids really used the game room. We all slept well. We did not use the hot tub. We stayed on the main floor mostly due to a few honets nest downstairs. We didn't mind. Part of our family used the pool area and they said it was nice. Again wanted thank the owner for quickly responding to us for anything we need to know. She even helped us out on the place to go for fireworks. Thanks again

Family Vacation

There was 10 of us who stayed from Saturday to Sunday. House was perfect. The game room helped keep the guys busy. I was so happy to see a momma and baby bear. Be careful they are around. She ran in front of me scared me to death. Kitchen had almost everything you may need. Beds were comfortable. Bathtub on the 3 rd floor was a little high for me to get in because I’m short. Not really too much to complain about. Loved sitting out on the porch during the storms and sitting out by the campfire We would definitely rent here again. Host was wonderful about responding to our needs.

We will never stay here again

The property looks big from the outside, but very small on the inside three out of the five beds were super uncomfortable and any noise in the house could be heard from any room.. I stayed the obvious damage to the owner through pictures that I could see but I also didn’t want to search from top to bottom. It’s an old house after we checked out she said there’s holes in the door that weren’t there and she was going to charge us for she does not have proof, it appeared that they had mounted a handle before on the door and then moved it. 2 inches over and left the holes where they missed drilled and said we put the holes in there. I know that we didn’t put them there, she reported to me that the people before had damaged things in the playroom and she had to charge them for it. I believe this person likes to get extra money in the end after you check out. .. Their surveillance systems, all around the house that speak very loud at you. It’s not relaxing at all. I will not stay here again. There was a ceiling leaking and water was dripping on my mothers head on her bed. She didn’t even mention about compensating anything for that very disappointed with this experience here.

Family mountain trip

The place was big enough for our family. It’s close to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. The cabin had many decks and we really liked the location. The owner was very nice and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend it!
