Nice place. Had the basics of what we needed to make breakfast. Really appreciated that we could have our dog there with us. The bed was very comfortable and nice that we each had our own bathroom. Thank you.

Great location for those looking to go to Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Close to everything, but a little off the beaten path. Lots of space for our family. Only complaint was some minor upkeep needed (chipped paint, missing light fixture) and for some reason there were not enough spoons! I would bring plastic utensils. Also, while we had PLENTY of bath towels, there were only 2 towels for the hot tub, so we had to buy some. Overall a great stay and we would stay again! Lawrence was extremely communicative and helpful too.

Peaceful- Cozy Stay!

House is set back off the busy roads which was nice for a peaceful vacation. House was extremely clean, beds were cozy, hot tub was a nice addition to the stay! Nice to have the kitchen for nights we wanted to stay in. They gave a nice amount of soaps for dishwasher, laundry & for showering! Checking in was smooth, and our host was extremely kind! Even gave us a nice recommendation for a place to visit during our stay! We will definitely be back

50th Birthday Weekend Getaway

Our family came down to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. Upon our arrival, we noticed an overflowing dumpster, and there was trash scattered all around the property. The driveway in front was torn up, so please be careful at night. Once inside the condo, we found it to be nice, but it lacked some essentials, such as dish soap and hand soap in the kitchen, as well as larger mixing bowls. We were looking forward to using the hot tub that evening after a long drive, but we found it was only 59 degrees.On the positive side, my boys enjoyed their room, which featured comfortable bunk beds and video games. The location was convenient, close to Pigeon Forge, which was a nice bonus. I also want to mention that our host, Lawrence, was very responsive to our needs.

Great location for all that Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville areas have to offer.

This is a pet friendly property close to Dollywood. No driving up a mountain. Kitchen is small but you have everything you need to cook a meal for a night in. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Our stay was perfect! Thank you.

Nice townhouse, good host/manager

The townhouse was well maintained and cleaned. The description of the house is accurate. It was pretty comfortable and it was easy access to Dollywood and quick trip to places like the Island and restaurants. We come a lot, so having a quiet place with good access is important. The neighborhood is quiet easy to get to. My only issue was the parking because there is no way to get two cars in the property and have room for the other houses to have parking. This is partly the design of the lot and partly some lot damage that needs to be fixed. However, the owner was quick to respond about the issue and it's not really on them because they have an HOA that needs to make repairs. We had to play musical cars with the neighbors a couple times but everyone was friendly about it because we are all in the same boat. You have dishes and stuff but if if you think you might need it in the kitchen take it with you. Overall, it was a positive rental and I would rent from them again.

Quiet location with great access to Dollywood properties

Pros: You won’t beat this location if you’re visiting Dollywood. Property manager was always pleasant and quick to respond as well! We were concerned about possible noise from neighbors as our unit shared walls with units on each side. It was very quiet and very peaceful, though. Cons: The mattress was awful. Not something I would complain about if I was staying at a friends one night for free, but definitely not something we were happy to pay for using multiple nights! Although kitchen and appliances were spotless, we noticed pet hair collected on our socks and noted allergic responses each night. Checkin was rough as Apple Maps sent us to wrong location, delaying us 30 min as we had to back track through the neighborhood streets. Instructions only indicated pressing “lock” with keyless code if there was an issue.and were vague about when to use it. At midnight, retrying multiple times was not fun and extremely frustrating compounded by poor lighting and a slight delay hearing back from property which had thankfully provided for an emergency alternative lockbox. Lock was frequently difficult, so latch should be addressed. Listing states 2 spots per unit. With our full sized SUV, we could scarcely park in the single space available to us, and the adjacent unit in a cuddle-de-sac location must’ve struggled to get out around us and back into their single spot. Lighting at key turns for neighborhood entrances was extremely poor. Parking lot was very torn up.

On the outskirts

My family and I stayed there for a weeks stay to see the sights and to keep out of the busyness. This spot has a great placement in the center of everything and not too far of a drive to anything. The townhome was clean and basic comforts were met. The only thing I could complain about was the maintenance people in the yard many of the days we were there because there is no back fence. I like to sit in the backyard and drink coffee but did not think I could be because of this there are no curtains on the back doors. There was plenty of essentials in the home some minor maintenance more up keep things could be done. I will say if you like to relax and watch TV on a living room the furniture works and is nice looking and clean but not long haul comfy. Most don’t spend a lot of time in the living room or the rental but we intentionally took it slow and did. We really enjoyed the hot tub and were thankful for all the amenities the rental had.

We had a nice stay enjoying the close proximity to shopping in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. Literally minutes from everything. Nice condo with a hot tub to relax in once the shopping was done.

Fall trip

Our stay was great here! Lawrence was great to communicate with and quick to respond to my messages! The condo was very clean all throughout! The best part was it was pet friendly and on check in I couldn’t tell at all that any pets had been there before at all. The beds were very comfortable in both bedrooms as well. Perfect location to everything in Pigeon Forge too! We will be staying here again!! Thank you Lawrence!!

Summer time mountain trip ⛰️

We brought our sons and their friend up for a trip to Dollywood & Splash Country. The property was very clean and comfortably furnished. The location was very close to Dollywood and yet private. We will definitely stay again in the future!!
