We have stayed with this host 3x over 3 years. Always very responsive and helpful. We appreciate so much the extra touches they put into the unit for the holidays, it makes our trip feel so special. This year the host had to help me because the VRBO App was malfunctioning, and he was so gracious to send me links to get our reservation worked out. Always a great stay!

My husband and I stayed there for a week for our honeymoon. We loved the layout and space. The kitchen had enough basics for us to be able to cook a couple a meals. The host was wonderful in responding back to any of our questions. We would definitely consider staying again!

Stay was fine. Price was very good. The biggest issue was no WiFi and it was never fixed. The manager attempted to give us a solution but it did not work despite repeated messages. The parking lot was pretty rough, I will be staying somewhere else next time.

The property was clean and well cared for. It provided the perfect amount of space for our boys weekend with me and our sons. It was close enough to town to allow us to get there and back easily. The national parks were also easily accessible.

Had to spend our 1st day of our vacation cleaning. Floors were nasty with debris and pet hair, one toilet appeared to have fecal matter in the bowl, mattress in master bedrooom had pee stains on it. Contacted the owner and told them about it they seemed concerned until we ask about partial reimbursement and haven’t heard anything since. Would not stay here again. Parking spaces were a pain as well! Very disappointed!!

Totally Acceptable!

Place was clean and in a subdivision neighborhood. Felt like a safely tucked away little place to stay the night. I appreciated that it didn’t have strong air freshener! Couldn’t get the WiFi to show up on our phones but it didn’t matter because we had good cell service.

Perfect stay

We were 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge. 30 minutes to GSMNP. Clean modern place. Nice tv area. Loved the hot tub out back. Couldn't break the houses pac man all time hi. Recommend

Great family stay

Check in was very easy. Upon arrival there were a few cosmetic damages that we brought up to the owner. They were speedy with replies and offered to send someone out rught away, though we opted for them to wait until out departure. There was some damage to the pavement out front, and we did not have a place to store trash outside until the end of our stay (since the community was in the process of changing their trash services). Otherwise our stay was pleasant. My son loved all the space to play and the bunk beds. The hot tub was relaxing, and the blankets were so soft.

Just ok...

Property has potential and is in a good location. It needs a serious deep clean and some TLC. It is very dark- dark painted walls and very dim, yellow lighting. Paint was all scratched with several repair patches and broken blinds. The patio doors have no window coverings. We had neighbors that kept running through our back yard, if you can call it that, that made us uncomfortable as there was no privacy. The parking lot had a large crater near our unit. The other units in our building had no parking area and parked in front of our door. When we arrived, the floors were dirty (unswept). We also had dirty dishes in the cabinets and the back patio had several cigar butts and some dog poop. We communicated our issues with the owner, who promptly responded and offered to send housekeeping back over. We had already cleaned the inside upon seeing the mess. The first impression is important and you just can't get that back!

Good little place

Easy checkin, great location, safe and relatively quiet. There were a couple things like no oven mitts which we missed using the kitchen, the heating gets very hot upstairs but not much downstairs, the linens are like thinner hotel linens. Other than that, great place!

Nice house. Close to everything

Everything was listed as described. The house was decorated for Christmas which was awesome. It's located off the beaten path but still super close to everything. That was a huge plus for us. The neighborhood is very quiet. We didn't use the hot tub but it looked nice. The only thing I would say is that we didn't have two spots for parking. Thankfully we only drove one vehicle but the parking was kinda tight. Overall though the place was very nice and we would definitely stay again.
