Great location, close to everything.
Pros: Great location and quiet neighborhood. Adequate lodging for 5 adults. Laundry on site is nice. Showers are good.Cons: No ice maker, can opener, colander, pizza cutter or pizza pans. The blender didn't work so we had to go out and buy one. Only 7 forks in the kitchen and one is a baby fork/oyster fork. Downstairs mini fridge doesn't cool. The whole reason we rent vacation houses instead of hotels is so we can cook our meals. The kitchen is lacking many of the basics. The listing says it has an ice maker, but it doesn't, and we had to go buy ice throughout the week.The pool/gym passes are not as advertised - you have to pay at the community center then ask for reimbursement from the owner. The upstairs bedroom is cooled with a portable a/c unit which made it very hard to regulate the temperature. This was not mentioned in the listing.The projector doesn't work properly. It projects but there are large dark spots on the screen. Seems the bulb needs to be replaced. The instructions to use it refer to a website that is for sale. Luckily, we have experience using them and figured it out only to find it has spots blocking the picture.The foosball table is outside and really unplayable.The manager was not quick to respond to questions if he responded at all.
