-Guest Concerns & Resolution Policy
We want your stay to be as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. If any concerns arise during your visit:
Please notify us in writing via VRBO message within 24 hours of discovery and before your departure.This allows us the opportunity to properly document and address the issue in a timely manner. If we are not given the chance to resolve a concern during your stay, we will be unable to consider refund requests after departure.
We’re committed to providing a great experience and will do our best to promptly address any reasonable concerns.

-Availability of amenities cannot be guaranteed; we will do everything possible to ensure they are functioning properly but sometimes stuff happens. We work to fix the problem.

-Wildlife & Insects – Important Note
Our cabin is nestled in the heart of the mountains and surrounded by nature — which means sharing the space with local wildlife and occasional insects is part of the experience.
-Bears and other wildlife live in the area. Please do not feed them under any circumstances.
-Keep all vehicle doors locked and store all food securely inside. Never leave food outside or in your car.
-Spotting a bear or other wildlife is not uncommon and is not grounds for a refund. This is their natural habitat.
-We have monthly professional pest control, but as the cabin is located in the woods, you may encounter insects from time to time. Again, this is not cause for a refund.

-If you are planning a special event like a birthday or anniversary, we can help make your arrival a memorable one. Just let us know.

-We use a Ring camera to patrol the driveway. The camera is there to ensure the patrol the property entrance and ensure the quality of the property. Ring cameras are activated by motion and record anyone who walks in front of them. These recordings are saved and can be reviewed by the booking platform. If we believe the house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access this camera in real time.
