Great place— truly is a “peaceful perch” - loved sitting on the porch enjoying the view and quiet. Whole house was extremely clean, and our kids enjoyed the movie and game room.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin and would absolutely recommend it! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved the layout of the cabin—having a bathroom on each floor made it very convenient for our group.The arcade room and theater room were a huge hit and gave everyone something fun to do during our downtime. It was also wonderful coming back to relax in the hot tub after our hike to Grotto Falls.The hosts were fantastic—very communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Out of all the rental cabins and homes we’ve stayed in, this was by far our favorite. There was truly something for everyone to enjoy. We would definitely love to come back for a longer stay in the future!

Our Stay was just what we needed! The host were amazing to talk to and was always there with any questions I may have had. The cabin was so homey! I love the closeness to nature and the togetherness that it made us feel! The rooms were just enough for us and our family! The kitchen was stocked, living room was great to sit and talk, and the game room/movie room was just the getaway we needed after days of shopping! Loved staying here and definitely will in the future as well!

We had a fantastic stay at this cabin with our family. The home is beautiful, clean, and in a truly stunning location with a gorgeous mountain view. The host was excellent, very accommodating, quick to respond, and made everything easy from start to finish.Our favorite parts were relaxing in the hot tub, enjoying movie nights in the movie room, and soaking in the scenery from the property. We made great memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for our yearly mini family vacation. The space was very clean, well decorated, stocked, spacious and offered lots of family fun entertainment. It was super easy to reserve and the mangers/owners were easy to contact.

Fantastic! Beautiful! Relaxing! Perfect location to all the area offers. Clean, well stocked, comfortable, and felt at home. The entire trip was made more enjoyable because of the comforts available. Weather wasn't on our side but we had great meals, entrainment and a comfotable environment to relax and take it the amazing views. And just short drives to so much the area offers.

Beautiful cabin and great location. Checked out Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Adult kids liked the location for Smokey Mountain hiking. Everyone loved the movie theatre, pool and the hot tub. Cooked at the cabin all but one meal. Didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit or grill. Loved the fenced in area for our dog. Overall great time. Thanks

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fun weekend. Being able to bring our pup along was a huge plus, the fenced in area made is so easy and stress-free. The location was perfect- peaceful but still close to everything we wanted to do. Les and Lora were fantastic hosts and shared great local restaurant suggestions that we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful place to stay. The house, the scenery! My family and I had a wonderful time. It had everything we needed. Lots of space, fun kids closet with toys. We had a blast with the theater for movie nights. Loved being a ways out from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but close enough to go check in out! I could sit and hang out on that porch all day!

This place was fantastic, very nice layout and within 20 minutes of a ton of area attractions. Our family of 8 stayed for five nights in early August. The view out the front was awesome with the mountains. We also really enjoyed the hot tub, grill, fire pit area, movie theater and game room. It was nice to spend time there with how crowded the Pigeon Forge area was with tourists.

Amazing!! My family of 6 and our dog stayed here for a week and had the best time! The location of the home is a short drive to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The views are beautiful from the deck and we all had a lot space to spread out and relax. Les was the best host and super responsive and helpful on local activities. We can’t wait to stay here again. We will definitely be back!
