Had a great time but on our last night we seen two roaches messaged the number provided and was told that the local staff would be reaching out to us and we never heard anything from them but all and all it’s a beautiful property and we had a good time

House was as described and a wonderful place to stay. The upstairs room does get a bit warm during the day probably from the high ceilings but not unbearable. The kids enjoyed the pool room and outdoor space. Would be even better if they offered wi-fi, it wasn’t much of an issue but cell service wasn’t great so it would have been nice.

Having fun with the kids

Went to Dollywood first day then to waterworld next day, and then to Tanger mall last day. Pool table was great to relax after a long day.

Cabin location was easy and convenient, cabin lay out is great. Nice and roomy for a group. However, there were lots of disappointment with our stay... There is no wifi which was listed but we thought since there is a theater room that would be ok. The projector didn't work, so majority of our stay we could not use it. Coffee maker didn't work, I contacted management and was told someone would drop off a new one. This message was received at 930 a.m we had to message 2 more times before coffee maker arrived around 2 p.m. Button to turn on jacuzzi tub is broken and sticks. Termite and water damage are visible. Bring your own tissue as the basically 1 ply tissue. Cover for hot tub is broken and hard to take off. Be aware you are in the woods in the mountains, the bears do visit. We were carefully about we left out and still had visitors. We loved seeing them, just be aware! We persevered and made they most of our stay. We would not stay again, there are just so many things that need to be repaired.

Would not recommend till upkeep has been done

The outside view of the cabin was beautiful,however once we finally got the door to open it was a whole different case. Toilets and spa tub was disgusting, neither fire places was operational, the theater had barely any heat,and no surround sound sound,the trim along the fireplace flooring was broken with exposed nails to snag a toe or 2,the hot tub couldnt be used due to how nasty it was(dinge water,thick nastyness in the bottom,there is no pool sticks with tips,no chalk,no darts,busted dart board,wall paper coming off the guest bathroom walls,it was far from what i inquired about after reading the other reviews an being reassured it was all fixed and well maintained. Never again will we make that mistake again. No hot tub upset kids no operational theaterupset family,and to top it off of course 1 kid accidentally got the nail in the side of the foot. We love our moubtain trip every year an made the most of it but this cabin definitely needs to be better kept!

My Stay

Property had not TV service snice the home had no wifi connection. And DVD player that was in the theather room was messed up. Hot tub is nasty and dirty couldnt even use it.

Not what you’re expecting

I had a mixed experience with this property. While VRBO provided excellent communication and would easily receive 5 stars, the company managing the booking was less helpful. Several issues with the property made the stay less enjoyable than anticipated. **Pros:** - VRBO's customer service was great and very responsive. - The location could work for those just needing a place to sleep. **Cons:** - The hot tub appeared unclean, with a film on the water suggesting it hadn't been properly maintained. - The jets in the bathtub released debris when turned on, indicating poor cleaning (thankfully, we noticed before using it). - Despite listing a movie room and having TVs in every room, there was no WiFi at the property. The TVs were equipped with Fire Sticks, which are useless without internet access. There were also WiFi boxes plugged in and appeared to be on, but they were not connected to the tv, and the property management company had no explanation. - The movie room was unusable due to a broken projector, which the management company already knew about when we inquired. They did, however, give permission to move the DVD player to the living room. - The darts in the game area were broken, and the pool table was missing a cue ball. **Conclusion:** While the property has potential, several of the key amenities were either not functional or poorly maintained. Bad experience

We went with this cabin because it was advertised with theater room and game room. We had several teenagers when we get there the doors where extremely hard op and shut out back had trash everywhere. And no internet or wifi so no tv in the cabin would work so called and they said someone would be right out .24 hours later someone came out and was no help. I would not recommend this cabin. Apparently no reads the guess book because it ain't had no tv for over a year I would expect better from vrbo

Wonderful

All of it was great we got there and had a few questions and they took care of it no the tvs didt work but didnt care had family time the cabin was clean the hot tub was lovely. The only thing i would recommend is fixing the hole by the hot tub and maybe some fix on loos boards other then that it was great will be back again. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Fun getaway

It was a fun getaway but there could have been more at the cabin that we had access to! The hot tub was green and gross, no WiFi, and no tv access other than a dvd player.

Don’t rent this place

The advertisement was going to be just perfect for our family vacation, had most of the amenities we wanted. However, we get there trash was strewed in the yard, garbage cans were full outside. An old mop laid up against the house, floor/ tile coming up in living room and front door. Felt very unclean wouldn’t walk around without shoes. Carpets were stained. Couldn’t use the hot tub which is what we were looking forward to. The hot tub was slimy and had a putrid odor. They claim they clean it every time but the hose pipe to fill it up was covered in cobwebs. The jacuzzi tub in the upstairs bedroom was nasty and all the ports were corroded. The wall had mold in the bathroom. There was trash in under the bed upstairs. The washer is missing a knob. The pool table was broke on one side. The media room has potential but you can only recline on one side the other side is lodged between the floor and a built in shelf. No Wi-Fi or pool access

Great trip but needs a little updating.

Kitchen was outdated had problems with the stove, took forever to cook. Easy to rent and check in and out. We had a great timeoyher then cooking. Overall great vacation.

Perfect Getaway Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Heaven’s View! The first night we had trouble with the door opening but there was a maintenance guy out pretty quickly and changed the locks and let us in! We had a lot of fun playing pool, enjoying the hot tub and grilling out. The movie room was nice and super easy to turn on! Overall really great place to stay.

Do not rent this place! Very nasty!

We were very excited to finally have some time for a much needed get-away to celebrate our 20th anniversary and Valentine’s Day weekend. Following a six-hour drive, this was going to be amazing. Upon entering the code on the front door, we were hit with a very strange smell; one that may be similar to a musty-like odor. Hoping the smell would eventually go away, we brought our personal items into the kitchen, living room, and a bedroom. So, to share our experience, I was very surprised and quite disappointed with the poor quality of cleaning and physical upkeep by the management company. In no particular order, wallpaper was pealing from the walls in the bathrooms, a bathroom had severe rust stains extending from the faucets to the tub drain and paint peeling from the ceiling, the cabinets in the kitchen are covered with grime, apparently one of the burners on the stove top needs to be at #3 to mean it is turned off, the bathroom/laundry room off the kitchen has no way of turning on the light, the railing to the second floor likely has not been cleaned for quite some time (blackness on the light wood rail), the bath sink on the second level drains very slowly, a gross stain is on the floor in the upper bedroom, neither of the two gas fireplaces are operable, the walls in the dining area have what appears as ceiling plaster not cleaned from the walls since texturing the ceiling, there is no window covering on the front door that looks right into the main living area, the game room includes a pool table (no other games in the entire cabin), and refrigerator that freezes food in the top shelf of the refrigerator (not freezer, the seal is broken on the door and the one control dial will not adjust). Three other larger issues; no Wi-Fi (did not catch this on the info page without click into an additional area). Vacasa advertises cable available which usually implies Wi-Fi. Nope, only Direct-TV which is satellite, not cable. The “updated theatre room” was a huge disappointment. Other than no directions provided for turning on devices, the sound kept breaking up and varying in volume. I am a sound engineer, so have a little experience of how this stuff works. The room was useless to us! And the third, the “private hot tub” is private with exception of the large house next door that has a very good view of the hot tub. DO NOT STAY HERE!
