Family retreat

Our host, Evan, ensured our stay was pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable. He was personable, friendly, accommodating and professional. The cabin was spacious, beautifully decorated and esthetically pleasing. The game room, media room and pool were put to good use. It’s located close to all the attractions in the area. Our family truly had a wonderful adventure this year.

Mountain Getaway

Family group of 5 couples and some kids enjoyed a stay at Bear Mountain Retreat. The house had all the amenities that we needed and was very clean. Very nice pool and hot tub hated we didn't have the time to use those more. Great location for what we needed. Evan (PM) was always a text away if we had any questions and was quick to respond. Hope to stay there again.

Amazing!!!

We stayed here for Labor day weekend and we absolutely loved the cabin. It was just perfect for our group size. The kids had an amazing time in the pool and arcade. The view was spectacular!!Evan the host was so attentive and very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this cabin.

Enjoyed

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bear Mountain Retreat. There was an initial delay with housekeeping not ready for us at expected time, but the owner was on it immediately and it was handled quickly. It's a perfect location for attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The house provides tons of fun with the full game room, theater room and pool. Thank you, Evan.

Mountain getaway

Was very pleased with the cabin and the amenities it offered. Kids had a blast in the pool and the game room. The theater room was a big hit with the older kids. Plenty of space to have your own area. Views were AWSOME and loved watching the rain come in at times. Sunrise and sunsets were great to watch in the mountains. Had one small issue that I communicated to the host, Evan, and he kept me informed of when the maintenance and AC company were coming to take care of the issue. All workers were really nice and communicated to us also. Wonderful place to stay and our family had a blast there. Would definitely rent this place again.

Fun Week

Our stay got off to a rocky start because the cleaning people were still cleaning when we arrived at 5:00 p.m. Apparently the group before us hadn't left on time, making the cleaning fall behind. The house was very nice and the pool and air hockey table were big hits with my grandchildren. The adults enjoyed the beautiful view from the decks in the mornng and at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Bear Mountain Retreat

We throughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at Bear Mountain Retreat. The cabin was very clean, communication with the owner was excellent, and the location was perfect. It is located in a very nice and safe community, less than 15 minutes from the shops and restaurants in Pigeon Forge. Our group of 8 ranged from our 18 year old son to my 85 year old mother and everyone was thrilled with the accommodations. It was especially convenient that every bedroom has an en suite. The decor was beautiful and up to date. There was even a decorated Christmas tree in the living area which was a cozy and welcome addition to our stay. The game room, indoor pool, hot tub, and theater room were such a hit with everyone. We would definitely book this cabin again in the future.

Amazing!!!

From the arrival process to the check out, seamless! Property manager, Evan, was fantastic. Quick to respond every time. Place was clean and had plenty of everything. Game room was a big hit for the 12+ youth (ages 9-18). Kitchen was perfect with two stoves, dishwashers, refrigerators, etc. Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious and cozy. We had all 12 youth split between two bunk rooms. The bunk beds are better than advertised! The stay made for one of the best memories for all that stayed! Thank you and we will be back!

6th annual Family Vacay

Every year my family and I take a trip together and this was the first time we ventured out of state. The house was absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our size group. The younger kids enjoyed the pool, while the older kids (the adults) enjoyed the hot tub! Having two refrigerators and two stoves was fantastic. We were a group of about 20 and there was plenty of room to sleep and around the dinner table! I highly recommend that you stay at this beautiful home. Evan was quick to respond to any questions or directions! Would not hesitate to stay again!

Summer Trip

Enjoyed the cabin very much. It had everything we needed. We had some maintenance issues and Evan was so easy to communicate with. He did his best to find a solution. If those issues are cleared up- we would be open to returning to this cabin. Location was perfect!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time. The cabin is beautiful and the views are amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool. We actually saw a bear twice near our cabin. The cabin is very clean and stocked will with supplies you need. There is plenty of room in the cabin for everyone to have their own space. What a wonderful family vacation making lots of memories.

Excellent Property

The property was exactly as described. Kids loved having the pool right in the house. The game room was a huge hit with us all especially the virtual pinball machine!!! The theater room was great for our nightly movie time. The property manager was so easy to communicate with and very fast to respond. Thanks for a great location for our family vacation!
