The deposit should be added to the cost. We had a mess at the beginning because we hadn't paid the deposit and ended up paying it a day late. Bad for the customer AND the owner.

Perfect getaway

The house was perfect! Looked identical to the pictures. Very spacious and clean, with a secluded feel. The indoor pool was perfect, our toddler loved it. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We have stayed at many cabins in the Smokey’s, but this one is by far our favorite!

We have stayed in ALOT of Tennessee properties and this one did not lack anything! Great communication with the owners, easy to get to, nice wooded surroundings, and fantastic pool/hot tub. The beds were comfortable, furniture appropriate for the space, and plenty of things for kids to enjoy! Five star recommendation!

Cozy Weekend Retreat

The house is lovely and just as pictured. So many amenities that we weren’t able to utilize them all, we did spend time in the hot tub and game room which we loved. We encountered lots of lady bugs in the property and just assumed that made us lucky. The bath robes and privacy were a wonderful unexpected surprise along with the close proximity to restaurants/pigeon Forge. The perfect weekend!

Autumn Getaway in a beautiful, fun-filled mountain home

We booked this charming, amenity-filled home for a week to explore the national park. Everything worked as described in the listing and we enjoyed espresso in the morning (I watched a YouTube video), the hot tub, games on the decks, grilling out, the fire pit, air hockey, streaming shows, and the small, warm, refreshing pool. It is a cool house that is beautifully decorated! The home is close to the Townsend entrance which is much less crowded. We spent a couple of days in the Cades Cove area including a 5 mile round trip hike to beautiful Abrams Falls (several inclines, rocky in parts, beautiful falls). We also saw a bear family on the highway leading to Cades Cove and then 2 more on the Cades Cove loop. Made the easy hike to Cataract Falls, too. The Little River is gorgeous. The wifi worked great (download driving directions before you leave the house) and the kitchen was modern and well-equipped. It would be a great multi-generational rental although there are stairs to the main floor. We ended up liking Townsend for cafes and restaurants. Peaceful Side Social has great salads and pizza, gourmet, fine dining at Dancing Bear Appalachian Bistro (advanced reservations), The Heavenly Roast for nearby coffee and great baked goods or the Dancing Bean. We did eat at the great Local Goat (reservations) and had wonderful Southern fried chicken at Applewood Farmhouse in Pigeon Forge (go before noon and shop at the nice outlet mall). We really enjoyed this house & nice owners!!

Great Smokies Vacation

Everyone in our family loved our stay at Bellflower. The home is set in the woods, quiet and peaceful. A bear walked around the property early one morning before sauntering off into the woods. What an experience to see him from the home! The pool was especially exciting for our young granddaughters one of whom learned to swim! Movie night in the theater room also a big hit. The home is very clean, comfortable plus had everything and more in amenities to make for a very fun week of exploring the Smokies, nearby Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.! Would we return? You bet!

Perfect location and super clean!

This cabin was the perfect fit for our family. It was our first vacation letting our kids bring friends and there was plenty of space and so much to do in the area. The hosts were excellent and were on top of everything! Love the extra touch where they gave us places to eat, local attractions, and areas to sightsee. It was greatly appreciated! Would highly recommend this cabin and hope we can stay here again soon!

Practically perfect

We so enjoyed our stay at Bellflower Retreat. We have stayed at so many cabins in and around Gatlinburg that after a while it feels like if you stayed in one, you have stayed in them all, but truly this one was a cut above the rest. So much thought was put into this home. Each bedroom has its own generous sized bathroom. The hot tub and pool both have a bathroom with shower right next to them. The pool was bigger and deeper than expected. The whole cabin was loved by the two most hard to please kiddos in the whole world. They didn’t even ask about Dollywood if that you tells you anything. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you to Erica and Jay for allowing us to use this home and for checking in on us during our stay. Oh and so very important, it’s probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed. No dust. Not even under the beds.

Smokies Cabin Stay

We’ve been vacationing in the Townsend, Wears Valley, Pigeon Forge area for 31 years. This was the nicest cabin rental we ever had. Communication with host was outstanding and thorough. Very informative information package. The cleanest place we’ve ever stayed at in the area. It was just my wife and I, but it is perfect for a family. Paved parking area was nice. The pool & hot tub were spotless. This is a wonderful cabin and we hope to return!

Didn't want to leave!

Family went to nearby Dollywood, some went to nearby Gatlinburg. Everyone would have been just as happy to stay at the cabin. We had everything we needed to cook what we wanted. Indoor pool, arcade games, theater room, family games and cozy rocking chairs provided relaxing entertainment for guests of all ages. Erica and Jay were always quick to respond with the rare question (didn't have many questions as they provided timely details with everything we needed). I already miss the cedar smell that greets you as you walk in the door. Oh - did i mention how clean everything was? I HIGHLY recommend.
