This GORGEOUS home is amazing!! It is so clean, inviting, cozy, and perfect for a family. It is exactly how it looks from the pictures. It is quiet, peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, watching the kids swim, and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking and sightseeing. We have been on many road trips as a family, but this VRBO has made it to #1 as our favorite place we have ever stayed on vacation. I highly recommend this place if you are coming to Gatlinburg/Pidgeon Forge area. We were provided with instructions, and it was very easy to access. The kids are already asking if we can come back!

Everything was amazing... Plenty of space... Comfortable, homey.... The kids loved the pool, adults loved the hot tub and the play ground was the cherry on top for our 4 yr old granddaughter... The theatre room was also a big hit for all... Love the kitchen... Plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils very nice place... Highly recommend

We loved the cabin! We had the best time. The indoor pool and hot tub was a huge hit for the kiddos! The location was good if you want quiet, beautiful views. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get most places depending where you are going. I would highly recommend. We had a couple questions when we arrived and the responses were very prompt. Loved how organized and the how well the communication was with the cabin.

We had 4 adults and 8 children ranging from age 9-17. We all loved this cabin so much! It was very clean when we arrived and is very well taken care of. The kids loved the pool, movie room, and game room. The host is wonderful. I highly recommend staying in this cabin. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

Water Fox was the perfect place for our family of sons, their wives, 4 grandchildren, and my husband’s sister. The pool and pirate ship were a big hit with the little ones and everyone loved the game room. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was spotless. We cooked dinner each night and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect as we were able to get to multiple locations in the park by back roads and avoided the busy roads. Erik answered all my questions promptly and was an excellent host.

Great House for a Family or Group

Water Fox was a great option for our family! The house is as described and pretty much has everything you would normally need. The game room, pool and outside play area are great for kids (and adults). The location was good for us in that you were away from the people and traffic but could easily go in to town when you wanted. Highly recommend!

Let me start with the opportunities to improve Water Fox. There are ZERO !!! And I mean ZERO.Water Fox was PERFECT. It exceeded all of our expectations. From the location, to the quality of the furniture, to the quality of the beds, to the quality of the linens, the indoor pool, kitchen accessories, hot tub, etc..NOTHING LESS THEN PERFECTION!!!

This was the perfect house for our family of 9 including a 4 year old and 2, two year olds. It is wonderfully located between all of the attractions and a short ride to Smoky Mountain National Park. The house was immaculately clean, beds and pillows were super comfortable and rooms are spacious for a crowd. The playground, pool, and movie room were a hit for our grandchildren who needed to be entertained at times at the house after fun mornings in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pans to cook and lots of plates and utensils. We had the best week at Waterfox and enjoyed every inch of the place!

Amazing Place

This home offered so many amenities for our family. The 4 master bedrooms and bunk room all had their own ensuite bathrooms which worked so well for everyone. The theater room provided a great quiet getaway to watch tv. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and baking items. Having multiple tv's was a plus for our family and we enjoyed watching the one on the porch. Our grandchildren absolutely loved the indoor pool, outdoor playground, and covered deck to play on. The property was flat enough that they could play with a ball or ride their scooters. The location was so quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this home for a multi-generational family. We loved it!

Wonderful Water Fox

Stayed 5 days here with our two daughters, their husbands and kids. 6 adults, 4 children all under age 5. Plenty of space for everyone-and then some! Property is private and in a beautiful location. Short drive to attractions in the area. Cabin is very well stocked with plates, bowls, silverware etc.. which was very nice because we made most of our meals and spent a lot of time swimming, playing and just relaxing at the cabin. (And not having to do dishes too frequently) Played games out on the porch/deck enjoying a beautiful view and got some awesome family pictures. Host was very responsive to questions both before and during our stay. Kids didn't play on the pirate ship too much and would've been nice if it had some swings, but they loved playing on the porch. Pool could've been a little warmer, but once in and moving around it was ok. Overall a great place, especially for large or multiple families. We definitely had a five star stay!

Beautiful cabin

The cabin was just like the pictures and very clean. We had 2 issues with the bed springs and bees on porch and Erik handles both immediately to take care of the issues. We had our family of 10 and they loved the hot tub, all having their own rooms and bathrooms and the game room was an extra. We loved the large table/island that fit all of us. Only thing I would suggest was the pool was cold and we couldn’t use. It was set at 82 and moved 2 degrees but for some reason very cold. Suggest a little higher temp to make comfortable to swim. Overall highly recommend this cabin. Especially for a large family. Thank you!

Amazing

If you are lucky enough to have booked this house then get ready for an absolutely wonderful experience. The magical outdoor living space with fireplace is perfect, the hot tub was sparkling clean, the kitchen has literally everything you need to cook except food which is easily stored in the brand new refrigerator. The pool is easily accessed from the living room and actually viewable from the kitchen which is very reassuring for younger children present. The beds were very comfy and each bathroom was clean and had the perfect amenities. Folks I cannot say enough about how Erik checked every box on this one! Book now and thank Erik later! An added bonus to this location is that the strip for Pigeon Forge is literally 12 mins away.

Quiet Family Vacation

Our stay at Waterfox was wonderful. The amenities the house offers make it easy to stay close and spend much needed time with family. The house was clean and everything was as advertised. The owner was quick to respond when I had a small issue and solved the issue quickly. Could not recommend this place more and will definitely be staying here again in the future
