We enjoyed our stay, communication was excellent. Cabin is new and very modern. Our only complaint was the water pressure, it was very weak most of our stay so made getting 12 people showered a challenge. Other than that everything was perfect!

We loved staying at Splash Haven! The cabin is spacious, well stocked and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and the kids had endless fun in the pool. The cabin is located just a short distance from all the attractions and stores. Everyone appreciated having their own space to nap or relax at the end of the day. We had an amazing vacation and would definitely stay again.

Very beautiful and spacious house! 10 of us stayed in this house and had plenty more room for others to join. Everything was very clean and organized. The pool and hot tub was perfect for us all to enjoy! Very easy to communicate with owner and easy to get access to house. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Excellent home to stay in and had everything we needed for our family. Plenty of things for our young kids to do and plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and the communication was top notch. The owners would check in to make sure everything was okay. Highly recommend staying here if in the area. Looking forward to another trip back to TN as we would definitely stay here again!

Luxury Cabin At Its Best!!

This cabin is so comfortable and a perfect place to relax.. Also a great location to visit the tourism in Pigeon Forge. Our family of nine had plenty of room and enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We celebrated my grand-daughters birthday at the cabin. We especially liked the large kitchen with island. The cabin is perfect for a group and has a great open floor plan. It appears to be "like new" and very well cleaned and maintained. The owners were great at communicating. Looking forward to our next trip!!

My family stayed and had a wonderful 4 night trip! The house was exactly as described- very clean and beautiful! We had a question to which the owners responded nearly immediately! We would definitely stay here again and can’t recommend this location enough!

Cabin was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. I will note that the water is well water and did have a slight metal smell but besides that our stay was very nice and enjoyable. Owner was very quick to reply to messages and always willing to resolve any issues.

Quiet, comfortable, and clean

We couldn't have found a better place. It was quiet with a beautiful view. The entire cabin was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained and happy. It's also close to most activities in the city. The owners are easy to get in contact with and friendly. Our family loved it! Would stay again!

Stayed at Splash Haven while taking in Dollywood

We loved Splash Haven and will not hesitate to book again the next time we visit Sevierville and Dollywood. Kyle was very quick to respond to any questions and was extremely helpful. The cabin was beautiful, and we enjoyed our two-night stay!

Perfect for a group trip!

We enjoyed our stay at splash haven! Loved the pool and game room! It was perfect for our kids! We all had a blast…enjoyed Dollywood with a close drive. Highly recommend!

Great Place for Family!

This cabin is super convenient to everything! Very clean and a great layout. We were traveling with adults, a 3 year old, and teens and everyone enjoyed themselves. Communication with hosts was top notch. They made sure everything was taken care of. A great experience!

Fabulous!

Kyle’s cabin is as described in the listing and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the main living area is very cozy.The beds are very comfortable. My granddaughters loved the bunk beds. Bathroom are ver6 spacious.Don’t pass this up!!
