10/10! This was the perfect vacation for my little family! Denise was absolutely excellent to work with and very responsive to our questions. The property is perfect for littles. Even though the little creek on the property had dried up, the Little Pigeon was just a short walking distance. My 2 year old caught a nice size trout on his little fishing pole! We really enjoyed our downtime on the huge front porch!

The cabin is beautiful, well cared for and stocked with many extras that made us feel so “at home!” The surrounding property is well maintained and accessible. We enjoyed the living area and prepared most of our meals, in the kitchen. Spices. Utensils. Pots/pans. Plates/cups/utensils. Small appliances. Very user friendly!!!!!! I truly loved the walk-in shower, in the master suite. For our family of nine, we had plenty of space for everyone. Our granddaughters enjoyed the hot tub. We would be happy to visit this cabin again!!!!!! Communication with the owners was easy, with quick responses to questions!

It’s a nice cozy cabin off the beaten path, but close to all of the attractions shopping it’s in a quiet neighborhood if we had any issues, they were quick to try to get it resolved. The owners were very good about communicating.

Wonderful place

Perfect cabin. Close to everything, but secluded to allow for some peace and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Water pressure in the showers was great. The mountain view was great from the deck!

Stayed recently with family (7 of us in total) and this place was incredibly comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Super close to all things Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg but off the path just enough to give a seclusion feeling. We enjoyed walking the creek on the property too! Denise was an awesome host and made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Would absolutely stay again!

Great stay in the mountains!

We had a fantastic week long stay at this property. This house has a ton of games and pool table for the kids. The hot tub, beautiful deck views, and fire pit to make s’mores were great! The location can’t be beat!

Great vacay stay!

We were pleased with the cabin. The kids had a blast at the stream on the property. After busy days in Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Gatlinburg, it was nice to come back to a comfortable cozy cabin each evening. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We had everything we needed and could easily reach the owner with questions. We even added an extra day. Will definitely stay again!again.again.added everythingneedes

Wonderful Retreat

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Riverside Retreat. We were so impressed with the features and how well-stocked the cabin was - all the comforts of home! The baby gate for the stairs and high chair were very helpful! Everything was so thoughtfully done. We had a large group (8 in total) and could have used a little more hot water for showers, but overall we had a wonderful stay! Communication with the owner Denise was easy. Would love to stay here again!

Peaceful and clean

Amazing cabin!

We had a wonderful time, we only wish we could have stayed longer. The kids all loved the place as well, the large yard was great for them to run around it. Three families each with one child was able to stay here very comfortably. Host is super responsive and helpful!

Christmas vacation

Our family met in TN to celebrate Christmas as we are all grown with our own families from different areas. This cabin was so cozy and perfect for this occasion. The host provided so many things to make you feel at home and the commutation was great. We had an issue with the hot tub heating so I messaged the host. The host called me asap and immediately sent out a service man to fix the issue. The communication was fantastic from then minute we booked. I definitely recommend staying here. It was so close to both Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge. Great location overall.

Comfy stay!

The cabin was beautiful and well kept. It had all the amenities and items an entire family could ask for. Everything was in working order and the beds super comfy. They even had wood for us at the firepit. Location was great too. We would def stay there again if ever in the Gatlinburg area.

We loved this cabin, it exceeded our expectations! The owner did a fantastic job at communicating with us from beginning to end. We had a wonderful time, the cabin was beautiful and spotless, we will definitely be coming back! My grand daughters loved everything about it too!

So nice I had to do it twice

This was my second time in 2 years that I stayed at your property. My first time staying was with my husband and kids. This time around it was all adults. Both times it was so cozy. The host communication was top tier. We arrived this past Friday and experienced lots of rainfall due to hurricane Helene. It was fine except the river that's near the property overflowed onto the road near the cabin. We were unable to leave the property but we had gone shopping before hand and we were fine until later in the day and the river receded quickly. The host offered us to stay another day because of the inconvenience which was out of her control. I really appreciated the gesture. She made updates since the last time I stayed and they were very nice. I will definitely stay here over and over again in the future. If you are reading this review you should too. You will not be disappointed.

Family trip

Our family enjoyed our stay at this cabin! Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. It was very kid friendly which is appreciated when you have toddlers. Cabin was clean and check in/out process was easy. It was very easy to get to Dollywood and to the main strip where we played some mini golf. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit the area! The hosts were great and very easy to communicate with.
