Houses was clean, check in was simple, some of the mattresses could use replacing. Myself and my kids and grandkids stayed the cabin was very nice. Got fun was nice and the kids enjoyed the game room.

They could include more seats outside on porches. In kitchen there is no where to sit your food. They do have a little panty but only one shelf. At the top of panty. They have 2 benches that goes with the table sitting. That’s the only place we had to put our food. Where the sink is there is no extra space. They do have a big island. However, if you sit all your food here. then there is no space to prepare your food. We were a family of 16. So we had to cook a lot. Over all we had the best time. Close to town. Nice quiet resort. Would stay again. No complaining just mention some things they could improve. To fix the problem in kitchen just add shelves to the panty.

Not well maintained. Couldn't is the hot tub due to racoon nesting behind it. Leak upstairs dripping in main floor bathroom. Thermostats were all on or all off. No temp control.

This cabin is in a great location. It was clean and well stocked. Outdoor furniture was not clean and looked like it had been a while since it was clean. Each bedroom has its own bathroom except the master bedroom on the main floor shares the bathroom with the living area. A feature my husband did not like at all. Furniture needs updated. Has 3 sofa sleepers which are terrible. Thankful we had an air mattress with us. Also you can hear everything from bedrooms which are over you. No insulation in the floors. When the adults started breakfast each morning woke the ones in the room directly below the kitchen. And it was just routine prep, nothing loud. Same for the master bedroom which was underneath the room with parents and kids. This cabin is really close to the playground and swimming pool which our kids loved and they really loved the hot tub. There were 16 of us and I'd really have to think hard before booking this cabin again for us but for a smaller group it would be great. Again it was so convenient to everything and was a super quiet neighborhood. The grill outside was great and when I requested garbage pickup it was very prompt.

Christmas get a way

The cabin was great. Got to spend quality time with family and friends. I wish we could have enjoyed the hot tub more. Cold weather out side affected the temp. of the hot tub making it unusable.

Amazing trip

We had an incredible time in the Smokies for Thanksgiving week. The cabin was as pictured and plenty spacious for our large group. We received prompt responses for trash collection and the location of the cabin was very close to lots of local activities and only a 20 minutes drive to Gatlinburg. I would highly recommend this cabin rental to anyone inquiring .

Location for Shopping was Great

We enjoyed our stayed and plenty of room for everyone. The furniture needs to be updated or fixed and did have some issues with T.V in bedroom but was fixed by Maintenace within a day or so. One of the trash bins lifts was broken, had to call office. Had to leave a couple of bags of trash in Kitchen per office. Our stay was very enjoyable, and we did have fun at this cabin.

Can’t wait to go back

Changes in altitude was everything we were looking for in a cabin. It met all of our needs. Very spacious, giving all of our family members their own private space. Kitchen was well stocked, and the cabin was close to all kinds of activities. We had an amazing time. Already planning our next trip.

Clean,cozy convenient

This house accommodated our family group perfectly! I love that every bedroom had its own bathroom. We had an issue with the air conditioner not working properly and they had someone out within the hour to fix it. We were very impressed and thankful with their response time. And We even got to see a bear strolling through the yard!!

Family Getaway

We stayed here as an extended family of 13, ranging from 2 - 65 years of age and truly enjoyed ourselves in this cabin. It’s huge, in a quiet neighborhood, and a quick drive to everything!! Door dash delivers to this location which was convenient. The lounge furniture could use a cleaning/update, and the kitchen stools need to be fixed. While we weren’t there to play pool, the pool table and cues are in disrepair- we still played but it is pretty rough. The community pool is great to have but it needs to be cleaned regularly as it was cloudy the entire time. The hot tub was clean, fresh and hot!
