The location of the cabin was pretty good, close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and this one was situated right at the edge of the mountain so the view was gorgeous and unobstructed. The chairs on the deck were plentiful and comfortable. The cabins are much closer together than I had realized (you can hear other people talking while you are inside your cabin, and if you have a very noisy neighbor like we did, it takes away from the serenity of the view). The check in process was very easy, and the directions given to find the cabin were good. The cabin was fairly clean. They left us plenty of dishwasher tabs, tp, and garbage bags. There were plenty of dishes and pans for us. The couch was nice and comfortable (not worn out or saggy!) and the TV was easy to figure out. The WiFi was excellent! The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of pillows, the bathrooms are a good size, there were plenty of bath towels, and the water gets hot very quickly. The pool table was nice, although there was no chalk for the cues. The hot tub was plenty hot, but there was a beer cap in the bottom the first time we got in, so obviously it was not cleaned from the previous people’s stay which was disappointing (There was a little filter thing that floated around at least). We never had to get a hold of the management for any issues and overall I would say it was a very nice cabin!
