Nice house, great views! The house could be kept up better, cracked windiws, dusty & cobwebs, hole in kitchen table, no shades on East side of the house, broken kitchen pipe w/smelly standing water under the sink & low pressure in the sink. Safety concerns: broken front porch railing, shower in main floor bedroom didnt drain properly. Rental property employees came into the house without prior notification. When we requested trash pick-up it wasn't done & we had trash sitting in the kitchen for 3 days.

Three times a bear

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The highlight, although a little scary, was the Bear encounters. Three bears on the same day. Accommodations were great and we all were comfortable.

Family of Ten.

The check in was easy. The accommodations were nice. The views are breathe taking. Close to attractions about 30 minutes. For next guest. Bring extras, if you plan on cooking for a large family, bring bigger pots and pans. Bring more toilet paper. Bring dish sosp. Laundry soap. Even folding chairs if you plan to eat as a family around the table. As the property has six chairs and a few cubes. We traveled with seniors 60's, 70's and 80's and the shower area may not be very accessible. As there was no place to hold on, or rest your soap. A few of my guest in the party request an iron board. On the lower level there are six beds but no place to hang clothing, only two chairs and no place to set small item that would typically go on a dresser or night stand. Overall my family was happy with the lodging accommodations.

Beautiful Property but Lacks Appropriate Support from Property Manager

The day of check-in, we had not received any check-in information. I had to reach out to the host to gain access to the property. When entering the home, we noticed that every patio door facing the land leaked. Due to the storm, there were large puddles under each door. In addition there were several holes in the roof that leaked. We had towels throughout the home gathering water and spent a great deal of time ensuring that the floors were dry. This wasn't an ideal start to our vacation. From there, we lost internet due to a storm. I had to reach out several times (3 voicemails and 4 text messages) to receive any support from the Host and/or Property Manager. When sharing my frustrations, I did not receive any communication back. On our last day of the stay, we did have maintenance come to the home and explain what they were working on. Maintenance was great. Overall, this property is beautiful, but there are so many homes from different rental companies in the area that may be worth looking into as this property had very limited communication and support. If you are going to spend the money, you'd be better off finding a home that responds to your messages.

Memorable family vacation!

Overall, this place was incredible - 5 stars! We had such a great time. The house was beautiful, clean, fun, spacious, and enjoyable. We created some great memories here. We would really recommend this property to anyone looking for a private, secluded house in the mountains.What we loved:-clean and spacious-amazing views-pool, hot tub, pool table, and arcade-balconies and decks-private (2nd last house on the street)-decorated/furnished nicely-close to most attractions-great communication and service when it was neededWhat we didn’t love so much:-ladybugs and some stink bugs (but that’s nature!)-water smell (assuming due to it being well water)-lack of specific kitchen amenities (like pizza cutter, cutting board, etc., but we managed just fine)-pool was pretty coldWe would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the memories! :)

Could be wonderful

Every bedroom has large windows with no blinds and the sun is very bright in the mornings as well as no privacy- other guests in the home can see in your bedroom from the balconies. Oven was broken and we were not able to use it. Water has a terrible smell. Outlets don’t work. Hot tub lost all water and buttons were worn off and not legible. Master shower pools water and doesn’t drain properly. Home itself is beautiful but needs some attention to detail

Beautiful property with breathtaking views!

House is absolutely beautiful and clean with amazing views. We had plenty of room for our group and enjoyed the pool table, arcade and hot tub. Property manager was very prompt in responding when we messaged with questions. Couple of things to note: 1. Water smelled really bad (sulfur smell), likely related to the fact that it is well water. Initially, didn’t mention it because thought it was normal but read online that maybe it’s not? Messaged property manager who confirmed the smell was likely due to the fact that it was well water. We ended up using bottled water for drinking and brushing in case it wasn’t safe. 2) The windows throughout the house allow for the breathtaking views, but they let in A LOT of sunlight in the morning and there are no blinds on some of the big windows so it is bright in the morning and can get a little bit hot too. Would recommend blinds if possible. We couldn’t sleep in because it was so bright (maybe a good thing so we could get an early start to the day ;)) Despite these two issues, we had an amazing time and would definitely stay there again! Thanks for the wonderful service!
