Great location and had enough room for a family reunion without being on top of each other, but the house is showing it's age. The good, as I said the location was great. Off the beaten path but close to everything. You can also see the nightly fireworks and drone show at Dollywood from the NE corner of the wrap around porch. Sitting on the porch in the rockers with coffee was a great way to start the day. The game room was nice and we had a good time on most of the games. The less than stellar, there are several leaks in the roof. When it rains it's there are going to be water on the floor and in a couple of places it dripped on the bed. We reported it to the management and didn't sweat the small stuff while on vacation visiting with the family.

Beautiful home poorly supplied

A few good things—great location, nice size house, bathrooms with most bedrooms. The house is beautiful overall! There were views of mountains and you could see the fireworks from Dollywood. Surprising things—the amount of stuff we had to supply ourselves. Luckily a Walmart was nearby. We had to supply own toilet paper, (they supplied 2 rolls of 1 ply for each bathroom), hand soap (they supplied tiny hotel soap bars), bath soaps, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish towels (there were only 2), bath towels (the ones provided were small and worn down like water park towels), Kleenex, napkins, paper towels (they supplied a couple small rolls), and hangers. We’ve stayed at a lot of rentals and this is the first time we’ve encountered this. The dryer vent was out of the wall and despite many attempts to get someone out to fix it—no one ever did. They even told me that someone came out and fixed it. The DVD player was clearly broken with the door hanging open, but they did send someone to fix it. There was a broken chair and all the chairs in the “theatre room” were dirty. The bunk bed had a support broken loose and the ladder was broke loose with nails exposed. The light was non working in one of the bedrooms and never got fixed. We were expecting a little more for the price we paid. Clearly the homes ran by big companies have less personnel touches and next time I rent I will be looking for a personally owned home and not a big corp with bot communication.

Overall a good stay minus a leaky ceiling in the lower level bedroom and 2 of my guest complained their sheets were not fresh and had to wash them before use.

This cabin exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with panoramic views that made every morning feel like a postcard. It offered the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility, ideal for a peaceful getaway. The host was exceptional—thoughtful, responsive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. Beautiful cabin

This cabin is very nice and has gorgeous sunset views. The kids all stayed downstairs and we barely knew they were there. They enjoyed the theater, pool table and games. There is only one bedroom on the main level, so keep that in mind if you are traveling with older family members. The cabin is built at the top of a neighborhood with all rentals it appears. It was very quiet and close to pretty much everything. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

So much to do with great views!

We really enjoyed this cabin and property. Beautiful views with all the many windows on the main floor and so much to do. Pool table, hot tub, skee ball, car racing, air hockey table, movie room… there was never anyone bored when at the cabin. 7 rooms and 7 bathrooms gave plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We have stayed all over Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and Sevierville over the years but really love this location as it is close to the parkway but on the Sevierville end so traffic isn’t as bad just to go eat or grab groceries. Easy drive to cabin but still has beautiful mountain view’s. The refrigerator was making a noise upon check in, but the host was quick to send someone to fix it. Property was well stocked with kitchen needs and clean and any questions I had were answered quickly by host. We would definitely stay here again!!!

We had the best time!!

Love the location of the house super close to everything and still have amazing views! Our family really enjoyed having so much space to come together and still be able to have quiet time when needed. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Family & Friends Cabin

This was a last minute trip of families and friends that actually left the group chat! It was perfect in terms of number of beds, bedrooms, bathrooms, activities and amenities. It was very clean and strategically located. We would definitely stay here again for our yearly trip.

Cleanliness

It was a good location, easy to get to everything, however the cleanness was much to be desired. Mold on showers….kitchen sink clogged…of which my husband had to fix. Really needed a deep clean/sanitizing. And needed weather stripping on the doors.

2024 Ohio-Georgia Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time and have to say that the cabin accommodations were just what we needed. Our original reservation was cancelled on us 10 days before and was able to find the location at last minute and was absolutely a a vacation saver. Our host Justin was very accommodating to all our need at the last minute and we want to thank him for that. We highly recommend using any cabin that Justin hosts. the family has not decided if and when we will return to the area, however I can tell you that we will make sure Justin and the property is first on the list to contact. Thank you Justin for a smooth vacation and everyone please look him up, you will not be dissapointed.

Very Disappointing

Let me start by saying that I travel quite often. This is the only time that I felt the need to share my experience. Life is never perfect neither are my expectations. This property is located next to a municipal compost dumpsite. We could not even even enjoy the deck due to the odor. Of the entire stay we only had a few hours of fresh air. Very disappointing. This should have been disclosed. Whenever we were at the house we stayed indoors. Prior reviews talked about how the fire pit did not work. I mentioned this to management beforehand and was told it was addressed. Upon arrival I notice the gas line wasn't even hooked up and it was evident that the fire pit had not been working for a long time. Other reviews talked about how water would come through the ceiling onto the bedroom of the first floor. We had the same issue. In the arcade room 2 of the 3 machines didn't even work. I called management about the issues and was told that they would send someone over. No one came. The dumps site is unfortunate. I actually feel bad for the owners .. but again this should have been disclosed. All the other ongoing maintenance issues should have been addressed which all comes down to maintenance neglect and poor management. I was offered a small reimbursement for all my troubles but for the amount of money that I spent for this home, I felt it was an insult. Be careful with this one.
