We loved and enjoyed the property my only complaint would be the upstairs air conditioning, even though the property manager sent out someone to check it there was not much they could do about it. Other than that, this property was beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful!

This cabin was absolutely gorgeous and just as described. The kids LOVED the game room and we couldn’t stay out of the hot tub. We will definitely be back!

Awesome property

I loved this cabin wonderful layout everyone was comfortable here. The only problem was that it wasn’t very clean lots of spider webs and the water in the hot tub smelled and the tubs were not clean. Other than that it was perfect

Best Days are Spent with Family.

My husband and his 3 siblings and spouses rent and shares this wonderful cabin. 4 Large kind size bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms. We spent hours sitting out at the firepit and swings. It was a very much needed time with family. Biggest thing I would say , is make sure you are in a vehicle that can climb steep hills and can handle slick streets. You are definitely up in the mountains!!

Beautiful home in the mountains

We chose this property and location for a small family gathering. Everyone agreed that the house was awesome and the surrounding area was great. With Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg just down the road, we had lots to do but also didn't mind just hanging around the house and enjoying the scenery. The house looked just like the pictures and everything was just as described. The host was very communicative throughout the stay and we had no issues. We had never been to the mountains before but would love to go back!

Relaxing Family Vacation

Everyone enjoyed the cabin, especially the game room and hot tub. We spent our evenings all together, relaxing and having fun. The cabin was spacious enough to allow everyone to have their own space, but offered a lot of ways to come together too. Highly recommend!

Great layout

The layout with four King suites was awesome! We enjoyed the jacuzzis in each room as well. We enjoyed our stay but there were several steps so if you have mobility issues this wouldn’t be a good fit for you.

Great Place Great Location

Awesome 4 bedroom master suite with game room. Close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Clean and so fun to bring the dogs. Remember to lock your car doors as the bears know how to open them. Great time celebrating my daughter’s 30th with our immediate family. Awesome fire pit with swings was so relaxing at the end of the day. Great hosts that answered all questions immediately. Would come back.

Smoky Mountain Vacation

The property was clean and looked exactly as we expected. The beds were comfortable and we were able to view a mama bear and her cubs as we drove into town. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Nice, but not worth the money.

Clean, bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Bathrooms were equipped with plenty of towels for large family. Jacuzzi was nice and as described. Beds were very hard, pillows and bedding were nice. Kitchen is small and lacking in cookware for large families. As the property sleeps 12, I was suprised by the small fridge and lack of any large cookware. The road to get the property is extremely steep, challenging, and not suitable for any low clearance vehicles or anyone nervous about driving on narrow mountain roads. There are three flights of outdoor stairs to the main floor. There are at least four other cabins very close to this one. Several of the amenities did not work or were spotty at best. The internet worked only occasionally, even after restarting the modem as directed several times. Had issues with all the tvs getting anything streaming was a challenge even after following all the directions, three we never were able to get anything on. One of the jetted tubs did not work, which was a bummer since it was kind of a one shot deal with the amount of hot water available. The host was available when the a/c died, they provided us with fans and fans that you could put ice packs in. They were able to fix it quickly (two days). The outdoor area with the swings and fire pit were exactly as pictured and definitely the highlight of the property. The property was nice, but nicer can be had for the $

Great cabin for couples and families

Great cabin for multiple couples and children. Each room had a king bed and full bath with a separate jetted tub with plenty of room. The fire pit also had plenty of seating with awesome swings. Multiple games available for entertainment. Very clean and great communication. Thank you!

Family Christmas

We enjoyed this comfortable cabin, had plenty of room for our group of 6 and there was still another large bedroom to spare, plenty to enjoy in the cabin itself and is only short drive between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

5 star cabin

This cabin is in a great, convenient location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It is also one of the few options if you want 4 equal master bedrooms with king beds for all guests. The house looked and felt very clean, and Chris was a very communitive host which made the booking, I would highly recommend Lazy Bear Cabin.

Suggestions

The address sign was hard to see when driv ing in, we missed it the first time. Sign needs to be at the bottom of the driveway. There were no wine glasses, and no pot holders for getting hot items out of the oven, no wine opener either. We thought the putt putt was close by but we never found it. The stairs were hard to navigate esp at the front with the asphalt steps. We still had fun staying there.

Great place to stay - driving up is stressful

We had a great stay and the cabin was amazing! Being from southeast Louisiana, we are not accustomed to driving on mountain roads. We have a rear-wheeled drive pickup truck so when it’s wet, the tires don’t do so well. I think there needs to be a recommendation on the description for 4 wheel drive or smaller cars. Would still recommend to friends with cars that are suited for the drive.
